You will also discover two additional living areas on the main level.

On the second floor, you'll find a dedicated workspace and three bedrooms ideal for relaxation and comfort. Nearby, a charming bunkroom with private bath and a twin over queen bunk bed provides a cozy nook for children or teens. Additional guest bedrooms are designed with versatility in mind; one offers a king bed and private bathroom, while one more guest room features two queen beds and private bath, ensuring comfort for every member of your group.

Additionally, this home offers a pool house complete with a king sized bed and private bathroom with a walk in shower.

The enchanting outdoor area is dedicated to leisure and enjoyment, with one of the largest private pools in Watercolor for refreshing dips or enjoying the sun deck. Pool Heating: Pool/spa heating is offered at an additional cost from October through April. To ensure safe and effective operation, pool heating is only available when weather conditions permit. Heating is not available when outdoor temperatures are consistently below 50°F or above 80°F.

NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not allow more than 12 guests in this home at any time, and they will not issue more than 12 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made.

Golf Carts
NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. If your home has a golf cart, that serves as your one allowable golf cart. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.

Parking
Endless Summer has designated parking for up to 4 guest vehicles in the driveway. Vehicles are not allowed in the garage.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancellation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancellation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancellations.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
