Escape to this charming 5-bedroom villa in Cruz Bay. With 2 king beds and 3 queen beds, this unique, quiet and relaxing retreat offers plenty of space for guests to wander and unwind in one of the many sitting areas inside and outside on the expansive manicured garden. Enjoy modern amenities like WiFi in every room, AC, and a washing machine and generator:). Each of the 5 bathrooms is equipped with a hair dryer and shower. The outside shower in the top floor will “Blow you away!” With its natural garden setting outside yet extremely private. Surreal actually. Make yourself at home in this getaway, perfect for a group of friends or family vacation. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Top level is flat no stairs, very wheelchair accessible wide doorways. Making it a perfect spot for family get together’s. Three separate floors, three separate entrances perfect for kids on one level adults on another. Greene meticulously manicure yard lawn, Native trees, and plenty of wildlife. Birdwatching paradise. Kayaks and paddle boards with lifejackets, at the villa on the pond for your use which connects to chocolate hole one of the best secret snorkel spots on the island. Complete with snorkel gear, coolers, beach, chairs, umbrellas, flat roof deck, putting green, etc. Etc. recharge and relax. Make memories at your private villa, yet five you are minutes to the fun and lively town, yet a short hop over the hill and your in the country. Outside the hustle and bustle of town but yet doesn’t take a Billygoat and a barf bag to get home at night :-). Will be happy to assist you from a concierge stand point assistance with transfers, restaurant suggestions, beach suggestions Taxi and rental car advice as well , anything and everything related to your vacation, charting fishing, etc.. we would be happy to help.

Please only one air conditioner left on at 76° Snorkel gear and coolers put back where you found them chairs etc please.
Verify and double check all water is off, including outside showers and hoses.Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to help you with transfers, etc.

We rented the entire house for 5 adulrs and 2 children and i loved that we were all able to have our own space and come together in the main living area for movies and meals. There was an issue with the hot water that was quickly rectified. The house came equipped with everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property and great location

Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things about this property and would definitely return!

The house was very lovely. Matthew the property manager was very responsive and helped with questions. The house has nice decor throughout. There are three kitchens with the top floor being the nicest. It is well stocked with pans and utensils. Large space to eat even for large families. We enjoyed the stay very much. Please note the house is three levels that can only be accessed from going up and down exterior stairs. Each floor has bedrooms. If you have all small children this might be an issue because the separation between would not lend well for your sanity. However, if you have teenagers and young adults it is wonderful. They can be in their space enjoying some provided board games. We had a large group and really wanted the space. The lake is a lake so wildlife and the bacteria that comes with it is probably not suitable for young children. Our family enjoyed having the kayaks and we did paddle across to chocolate hole. We did not want to swim in that lake water. Chocolate hole is swimmable once you get there. Overall the house is in an excellent location. Easily accessible and the driveway can hold two vehicles. The washer and dryer are very nice and we used those often. The price is great. Yes I would stay again. Absolutely. The island itself is very expensive for anything. Parking around places to eat is ridiculous. Definitely need four wheel drive for the hills. It is very mountainous. The house was the easy part.

The house was wonderful. The hosts provided so many extras to make our stay better-- snorkeling gear, beach towels and a well-stocked kitchen. The location made it easy to access Cruz Bay and the National Park beaches and trails. The neighborhood was very quiet, except for the frogs. There are a plethora of seating options outside to watch the iguanas and birds. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great bonus. The individual AC units in the bedrooms and living areas allowed you to customize the temperature to your preference.One note if you're coming with multiple small children-- the different levels and bedrooms are accessed by an outside stairwell. There are two bedrooms in the unit on the top level, two adjacent and not connected bedrooms on the middle level and one bedroom in the lowest unit. It's perfect if you have older teens or are traveling with grandparents or friends as there are kitchens on each level for early risers to make their own breakfast.
