Deluxe Modern Studio in the Heart of Austin

Thank you for the perfect 10/10! A spacious room is always a win, and hearing the staff made a good impression too? Even better. Hope you're back for round two before too long!

Thank you for the 10/10! A smooth arrival and a comfortable unit are a great way to kick off any trip, and we’re glad you got both. Whenever the next getaway comes together, we’d be happy to host you again.

Ten out of ten, and "clean and spacious" might be the two words every host wants stitched onto a pillow. Great to hear the views didn't disappoint either — that part's mostly Mother Nature's doing, but we like to think we picked a pretty solid spot to enjoy it from. Hope to host you again on your next trip through.

Thank you so much for the fantastic 10/10! Sounds like Austin delivered, and we're glad the space gave you and your husband exactly what you needed for those three nights, no more, no less. Great to hear the front desk team took good care of you too — that kind of warm welcome sets the tone for the whole stay. Hope Austin calls you back soon, because we'd love to have you again!

Thank you so much for the perfect score, that's the kind of feedback that makes our whole week! We're glad the view and that rooftop pool pulled their weight. Together they're basically our not-so-secret weapon for turning a good stay into a memorable one. Comfort isn't an accident on our end, we sweat the small details so guests don't have to think about them. Knowing it landed means a lot. We'd love to host you again anytime.

10/10? Now that’s the kind of review that makes us do a little happy dance. 💃 We’re so glad you loved the location, the beautiful pool, and all the guest events we put together. Being just steps away from the energy of 6th Street means there’s always something happening nearby and we’re thrilled you got to enjoy the best of it. Thanks for staying with us and for the kind words. We’ll keep the pool sparkling, the events rolling, and the good times ready for your next visit! - NexResorts

Thank you for the great review! We're so glad you enjoyed the spacious suite, the amenities, and our downtown location—it really is hard to beat being just steps from so much Austin has to offer. We also appreciate you mentioning the vacation ownership presentation. We like to be upfront that it's completely optional, and while you're always welcome to decline, the daily parking fee applies regardless of whether you attend. We do our best to communicate both of those details before arrival so there are no surprises. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another Austin adventure soon! -NexResorts

Well this just made our day. 🕺 A 10/10 and love for the location and the room size? That’s basically the hospitality hat trick. We’re thrilled you enjoyed your stay and hope the extra space gave you room to fully relax (or dramatically flop onto the bed—we don’t judge). Come back anytime, we’ll keep the good vibes ready. -NexResorts

10/10 and “everything was easy and great”? That’s basically the hospitality equivalent of sticking the landing in slow motion. We’ll take it. We work very hard to keep things smooth, simple, and stress-free — like vacation should be. The fact that you’d highly recommend staying here? That’s the kind of compliment that makes our front desk do a tiny happy dance. Come back anytime. We promise to keep the “easy and great” energy fully stocked. -NexResorts

Wow — 10/10! 🎉 Thank you so much for the amazing rating and kind words! We're blushing over here ☺️ We're thrilled you had a great stay and found our place (and staff!) outstanding. It means the world to us. Can't wait to welcome you back for another top-notch visit. -NexResorts

Thank you so much for the fantastic 10/10! Hearing the space felt roomy enough for future trips with the kids is exactly the kind of flexibility we aim for. Great callout on the parking validation offer — that's completely optional, and we're glad the team respected your time on a weekend that was clearly packed already. Good to know it landed as low-pressure rather than pushy. And that location really is the sweet spot: close enough to everything on 6th Street without actually being in the middle of the noise. Hope the next trip (kids in tow or not) brings you back our way!

10/10? You just made our day! 🙌 We’re so glad the location worked out perfectly — close to the office and everything else that matters! Thanks for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another smooth, stress-free stay soon. 😊 -NexResorts

Thanks for the awesome review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the location—being a quick five-minute stroll from the legendary chaos and charm of 6th Street is one of our favorite perks too. Close enough for live music and tacos… far enough away to actually sleep. It’s a delicate science. We’re also glad the unit checked all the boxes: spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you need for a great stay. And excellent callout on the balcony! It’s a bit like the cool rooftop hangout in a movie—technically not in your apartment, but still a great place to step out, relax, and enjoy the view with fellow guests. We’d love to host you again anytime. Next time the only thing we’ll try to improve is the weather… and unfortunately we’re still negotiating that contract. -NexResorts

Easy check-in ✔️ Awesome staff ✔️ Balcony views that make you say “wow” ✔️ Sounds like a winning combo to us! 😄 Thanks for the glowing review—we're so happy you enjoyed your stay, and we’ll have that view (and the excellent vibes) waiting for you next time! 🌅✨ -NexResorts
