NEW POOL for 2025! This 2BR / 1B cottage welcomes you with its relaxing front porch rockers, stylish decor and necessities for a perfect beach getaway at the shore. It offers a Queen primary bedroom, Guest bedroom with (2) Twins and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Each room is equipped with a smart TV and the main living space has a sound system. A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. A HUGE 25x12 Trex deck allows for dining or relaxing in the backyard. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower before enjoying a refreshing dip in the brand-new pool after a day at the beach. Bed linens provided, tenant brings bath towels.
