We raised our three kids here, skiing in the winter on weekends/vacations and enjoying the lake all summer. Our kids are now grown, and we spend less time here, so we are sharing this one of a kind property with others so they can have a similar experience here..

Our house comes stocked with all of the utensils, cookware, mixer, Mocha Master coffee maker and burr bean grinder along with the full array of spices and cooking oil that we use ourselves. We'll provide you with a thorough orientation, and just let us know if you have any questions during your stay. We also have a local property manager who can help with urgent issues.

Why they chose this property

This is a true four season location, just a few miles from Mount Sunapee and directly on the lake. We are at the end of Bay Point road with a private location yet numerous lake views..

We dubbed it Alta Vista due to the majestic location providing long and high views of lake Sunapee. Start your day with a paddle around the Island, a refreshing plunge and a relaxing trip to the hot tub, and you'll never want to leave!
