Every bedroom has a private full bath. You can arrive last and still have a master! WiFi

Built with the idea of being the best vacation home you could find. Located across from Sunriver Village Mall. Short walk (500 feet) to Country Store for your morning paper and coffee drink. With all of this it's still a quiet location with lots of common area. The red roof of the Country Store is visible through the trees in the deck view picture.


We made the kitchen the best working and equipped possible. Stainless, dual fuel range, maple cabinets, granite counter tops and tile floors to dress it up. Tired of opening every cupboard to find a coffee cup? Open upper cupboards take care of that, just look. Lower cabinets and huge built in open wall shelves all pull out on rollers for ease of finding things. Pantry room just inside back door and adjacent to the kitchen for your supplies. Extra refrigerator and freezer in the garage for your use. No second Costco run necessary.


Good beds, great showers and entertained kids make for a great vacation. Game room has three dedicated stand up arcade games, pinball, 55 inch flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player, hookups for your console video games and 300 movies. Four extra sleeping pads in the game room. The kids will be dazzled. Recreation/swimming passes included.
A/C is a huge mini split in the living area. Just installed. High desert summer climate, hot days but cold nights, open a window.

Great location - across the street from the village made it super easy to pop over any time. Note, it is a good 15 min walk from the SHARC, so you have to decide what to prioritize. While parts of the unit feel a little bit dated, it’s huge and all the furniture is very comfortable (beds, couches, pillows, etc), with everything you need from bikes for all ages, to pool towels to spices in the kitchen. Even has two washer/dryer units with soap and dryer sheets. Host was very accommodating and responsive. I offered a couple of minor suggestions for improvement (for example a new set of cooking pans) and he seemed to be very receptive. Worked great for our family of 11. Kids loved the game room and adults loved the hot tub. Was our first time to Sunriver and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We listened to your comments. All new cookware, re-supplied teaspoons, they seem to wander off. Added a food processor, only a small one before. Replaced all the bed pillows. Just general upkeep and maintenance.

This was the most user-friendly home we've ever stayed in. They had everything we needed, from kitchen to bathrooms. There was plenty of parking, bikes for the whole family, tools to tighten seats and wheels. They really have thought of everything! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great visit to Sunriver! Liked having the SHARC passes. House fully stocked. Just had an issue with water heater going out but replaced in 24 hours. Overall, s nice home to spread out in with lots of good homemade meals and game time!

Thank you Anna: I try to have duplicate everything, refrigerators, heating systems, water heaters, ranges washing machines. With two water heaters it still allows three of the six baths to have hot water for showers. Glad we were able to found an installer on willing to do a weekend job. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

This house was perfect for our family. With 4 small children, the location across from the village was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the pinball machines too.The house was very well stocked, including a high chair and a stroller! The owner was very accommodating with check in and tips on things to do.

Nice property. Great for a large group. Has lots of bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Centrally located within an easy walk to the Village. Wonderful for a multi-generational get away

The home has a great layout for a large family. Excellent amenities from home arcade to jukebox. The house is in the best location in Sunriver as it allowed kids to just walk to shops/restaurants out the back door. Highly recommended.

It's always nice when each bedroom has a bathroom to go with, this house checked all the boxes. Kids loved the game room and jukebox. Great family and friends house. Owner super responsive 😊

Why they chose this property

Huge lots with lots of common area. The map doesn't show Backwoods Lane. Backwoods is actually a 12 house circle with a huge island in the center. Great place for kids to play, Frisbee golf, hide and seek. Great area. Close to everything. You won't need your car. Sunriver Village is 700 feet away. The best location.
