This three-bedroom retreat features a spacious primary suite with a California king bed, while both guest rooms are equipped with queen beds for comfortable sleeping arrangements. Additional sleeping options include sleeper sofas in both the front and back living rooms, making it ideal for large groups or families.

The house's décor is both stylish and inviting, with cozy, well-furnished spaces that make it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen is a cook's dream, stocked with every gadget and cookware you could need to whip up meals.

Outside, the home maximizes outdoor living with a charming front porch as well as a spacious back deck, ideal for taking advantage of the Florida weather. Guests can enjoy fun amenities like boogie boards, bicycles, and a gas fire pit, offering a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.

Located in a peaceful residential section of downtown, the house gives you the best of both worlds: the option to enjoy quiet family time at home or explore nearby historic attractions, fine dining, and vibrant shopping areas. It’s the ideal spot for anyone seeking the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and downtown charm.

Extra Information for Our Guests:
Bikes, boogie boards and surfboards are in the garage.
Please remember to bring bike locks to secure your bike when not in use. Bike lock code: 2929
A spare propane tank can be found in the garage. Please leave empty tanks on the back porch so they may be refilled for the next guest.
Exterior cameras are located at the front door(doorbell) and flood light on the garage.
Exterior lighting are on timers.
Extra bedding for the fold out couch are located in the Master bedroom closet.
If used, please leave the cushions off the couch when you leave.
Jets for the master bath tub require a GFI reset to turn them both off and on. The GFI outlet is located behind the master bathroom door.
Kids stroller, highchair and bed are located in the closet beneath the staircase.
Bedroom televisions have built in DVD players.
Televisions have firestick remotes to access TV apps.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for 1 dog only.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.
