The home available for rental is a 4 bedroom cape, 1-1/2 bath cape which was just renovated. It has a 3 season sheltered back deck which allows you to escape from the sun in day and enjoy the cool nights. The home sleeps 10 in a variety of ways. The beds include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 futon full bed. The home is situated just 3 blocks to the beach and 1 block from the bay. It is a short walk to dining, games, and adventure.

The homes amenities include: central air ac (local bedroom split systems), Cable TV (2), netflix through cable provider, full kitchen including microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, propane grill, electric heat (for the cooler months), wireless broadband internet, dining furniture (seating for eight), full size washer & dryer. Outside shower. No pets at any time and no smoking in the house. Four beach badges are supplied. Professional, meticulous cleaning team utilized between changeovers. Pillows and bed spreads or duvet covers with mattress pads are provided.

Mid-September Fun in Surf City

What a wonderful weekend we had at this tastefully decorated home! Plenty of room...every convenience...nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood...and all the comforts of home. Anthony was great to deal with, answering all our questions and helping to make the check-in process as seamless as possible. Sitting in the backyard, luxuriating in the light of a full moon, and listening to waves crashing on the beach was an extra enhancement to the weekend. You owe it to yourself to enjoy some time down the shore at this rental property. Life is too short, folks!!

Great, convenient place, Anthony is very responsive. Just keep in mind the linens are NOT provided so you'll have to use an outside service, try LBI Dream Makers.

This was our first time renting a house for vacation and it was a very pleasurable experience. Besides the house being equipped with all amenities needed, it's quant décor and comfortably suited for our needs it was more then we expected from a house rental. Very clean and well maintained. All living areas had plenty of room and well decorated (loved all of the décor enhancing the house). Everything listed in the description were available plus a lot more, including games if you run into a rainy day. The backyard had plenty of seating and tables for family members. Not to mention the outdoor shower that was fabulous. Also plenty of off street parking. We totally enjoyed our stay and would rent again next year and would refer to family & friends. We never give a 5 star rating to anything but this was very close, 4++ in our books!! LOVED IT and would totally recommend to anyone wanting to visit LBI.

Cozy and charming house, perfect for a quick getaway

We had 8 people staying here for a quick weekend getaway for my husband's 30th birthday, and it was perfect. Cute back porch and outdoor area, 7 minute walk to the beach, comfortable beds/couches, kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make family meals, rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect rental for a family

This was a wonderful location for a relaxing vacation. The home was clean on our arrival and had everything we needed to feel at home. The pride of ownership shows in this home. The house was decorated in a fun, beachy theme. You will find everything you need for daily living, plates, cups, pots, silverware, etc. My personal favorite is the outdoor shower. The bedrooms were all spacious and very comfortable There were 7 of us and we were all very comfortable. The location is perfect for families with kids who don't want the Jersey Beach vacation filled with loud partying college kids. It's quiet, beautiful and very safe. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the bay is one block away. In the evening, you can bike ride or walk to the bay and watch a beautiful sunset. The ocean was so relaxing, you can either take your lunch or just go back to the house, eat and go back. You are that close. There were a few places to rent bikes and we rode all over the island all week. There are great restaurants and ice cream shops and all kinds of fun things to do with kids or adults alike. One night we bought Fresh lobster from a shop close by and we cooked it and ate at home. It was great. Most nights we were out to dinner and never ate at the same place twice. The only bad part was that one week is not nearly enough. We loved it so much that we booked next year's vacation already. We are transplants from New York and have vacationed all over the Jersey Shore but Long Beach Island is truly a special place. Anthony was a very gracious host and we really appreciate the opportunity to rent his lovely home out. We have already recommended this location to family and friends
