Slippery Slope Chalet is nestled in the heart of Killington — just a 5-minute drive to the K1 Base Lodge and 2 minutes from the Killington Access Road, where you’ll find every restaurant, bar, and shop the mountain town has to offer.

Our rustic 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is the ideal escape for families and groups who want space, comfort, and character. Cook a family meal in the fully stocked gourmet farmhouse kitchen, gather in the open-concept living area, and unwind in your private hot tub oasis. With spa-like bathrooms featuring rain showers, heated floors, and luxury bath and body products, an arcade room, flexible sleeping for up to 8, and ski storage right at the door — this is Vermont done right.

The House:
4 Bedroom/2 Bath/6 Beds

Upon arrival, there is ample parking in the U shaped driveway for 4-6 cars. More cars may fit depending on the season (Heavy snowfall may impact parking space)

The main entrance for the house is through the 4 heated season Sunroom. It can be used as a as a Mudroom in winter and a screened porch during the summer.

On the lower level:
• The Sunroom/Mudroom features outdoor seating used for lounging in the summer or getting ready to hit the slopes in the winter. There is a 12-space electric boot and glove dryer, as well as ski and coat hangers mounted on the wall.
• The Blue Square Room is appointed with a Queen Bed and features a walk-in closet with Board Games for quality time with friends and family.
• The Green Circle Room has an oversized bunk with a Full bed on bottom and a Twin bed up top. Green Circle also has our 4-person arcade with 10,000 classic games, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace.
• Washer and Dryer with cleaning products.
• Bathroom with walk in shower and rainfall showerhead, teak bench, and heated floors.

On the upper level:
• The Black Diamond Room is the Master Bedroom with a King bed.
• The Double Black Room contains two twin beds.
• Bathroom with walk in shower and rainfall showerhead, teak bench, and heated floors.
• The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything but your ingredients.
o A Coffee lovers dream featuring a Nespresso Vertuo machine (Stocked with complimentary Nespresso Signature pods in a variety of flavors), a Keurig, An 9-cup OXO slow drip machine, and a French Press.
o Cuisinart toaster oven and air fryer
o A large variety of cookware, dishes, and utensils that will satisfy any home chef’s needs.
• Dining room table can seat 8.
• Balcony/deck with BBQ grill. Extra propane. Two seat high-top table.
• Living room with a large couch and Smart TV with soundbar.
• Split A/C unit in living room and Window A/Cs in upstairs bedrooms for the warmer months. (downstairs bedrooms remain naturally cooler in due to the homes design)

Outside:
• Covered Hot Tub with Edison lights, an outdoor smart TV, towel hooks, beverage cooler, and seating bench.
• Bike storage hangars and wash station
• Large Fire Pit with log style bench (wood not provided)

Pets:
• The Slippery Slope Chalet welcomes pets (for a one-time additional fee). We provide a doggy amenties basket located in the Green Circle Room with a dog bed, Bowls, blankets, and some toys and accessories to make your furry family members stay more comfortable.
