Camp Mountain Flower is your basecamp and gateway to 4-season adventure in Winter Park and Grand County, Colorado. Perfectly situated in the desirable, quiet, trailside Rendezvous community, this cozy, yet luxurious, 2-bed/2-bath plus bonus 3rd bedroom loft home, features a fully equipped kitchen, 3 Smart TVs, fireplace, chic decor, patio, laundry, and thoughtful amenities and details that will make your family or friends feel right at home. Just outside your door is the free ski resort shuttle that brings you directly to the Winter Park Ski Resort base, and steps away from downtown Winter Park, the Fraser River, numerous hiking, biking, cross-country ski, and snowshoe trails. Explore the shops, catch a movie, sip coffee, enjoy a craft beer or cocktail, or eat a gourmet meal in downtown Winter Park or Fraser, after a fun-filled day of adventure.

The open concept living room features plenty of gathering space with a large sectional, soaring ceilings, flooded natural light, Smart TV, and a hygge gas fireplace. An impressive full wall sliding glass door seamlessly connects the indoor space to the outdoor patio, bringing the outdoors in and allowing for beautiful views and fresh mountain air. Step outside to your private patio retreat, where you can relax and stargaze on the fenced in patio with gas grill, seating for 4, umbrella and solar lights. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen features a large counter height dining (or family fun) table with seating for 8, high end appliances, designer finishes, and is kept stocked with spices, oils, coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Camp Mountain Flower features two generously sized bedrooms --one on the main floor (King) and one upstairs (Queen), showcasing large windows, Smart TVs, and ample closet space. Each bedroom is complemented by an adjacent bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hair dryers. The second floor includes a large loft space with a Queen bed, desk, pack and play, and kids “camp” area with an arcade game. There are various board games and puzzles, a Colorado book collection, yoga mats, pool/beach towels, sled, and 4 camp chairs that you are welcome to use and enjoy! The laundry area on the main floor includes a stackable washer and dryer. There is also complimentary WIFI and a keyless entry.

A detached-oversized garage, provides ample space for outdoor gear and a vehicle, and a parking pad allows for an additional vehicle.

Wonderful home very comfortable and clean, good location beautiful surroundings. We stayed here with our adult children and had a great time. Kristin was so easy to work with and close proximity to many activities.

Wonderful!

We loved everything about our 3 night stay. The location , the cleanliness and the floor plan of our place, as well as the owners/managers bending over backwards to ensure our stay was memorable. Will we choose this place again for our ski vacation? Absolutely!

AMAZING!!

One of the BEST rentals we have ever had. Very clean and well equipped with everything you could think of from toiletries to kitchen essentials. Plenty of coffee, condiments, and spices needed to prepare meals. The house was so cozy and relaxing after long days of skiing. The shuttle to the resort couldn’t be more convenient. The stop is right in front of the house and only a 10 minute ride to the ski resort. The host was very responsive and helpful during the rental process. I would 100% recommend this house and will stay here again when we return to Winterpark!

Great House and Floorplan

We loved our stay! The layout and floorplan worked very well. All the details were thought about and available. The proximty to everything is easy and being able to do laundry meant we didn't have to pack so much for the trip! Highly Recommend!

Perfect in Any Season!

Super clean, well appointed and located! We heard this was a former model home and it shows! This spacious townhouse was very comfortable for our multi-generational family of 6, and the location is great- lots to do, see and explore! Highly recommend.

Amazing place!!!!

BEAUTIFUL !!!! This place is cozy, clean, fully equipped. We loved it!!! We recommend this place 100% the kitchen has everything you need to cook, the living room is cozy the bedrooms spacious and comfy with perfect clean linens. They even provide bath essentials in case you forget anything. There is a grange too! The bus stop is in the front door. Grocery shopping a few minutes away and the slopes around 10-15 min max We will defently stay there again.

Kristin crushes it!!!

The house is ten feet from the shuttle making skiing/going to Winter Park Village super easy. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping all within 3 miles. The house is clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped- including lots of condiments and spices making cooking easy. The very best part is that Kristin, our contact with Evolve was the most helpful agent I’ve ever had. She was communicative, friendly and answered every text in a timely manner with solid info. I would recommend this townhouse and would give it 10 stars if that was an option.

Exceptional Winter Park Home away from Home

Had a lovely 2 night retreat in this beautiful ,clean,new home. It felt warm and relaxing inside and very private. Skied Winter Park a couple days and cross country skied from the door on the Fraser river trail. Quiet peaceful neighborhood with views. Can't beat the Lift Shuttle in front of the house that can take you downtown or to the ski area. The house very well stocked with nice additional touches to provide your needs if you forgot anything. Would highly recommend this rental ,will be back for sure! Thank you Kristin for making this much needed get away easy !

Hunting Trip

Although no animal sittings, the condo was comfortable and very nice. The owners were so kind to check in on us. We discussed with the them the need to replace the bed in the loft and they are going to take care of that. Only downside, big football weekend and only television was if one streamed a service. We would come back!

Alpine Paradise

What an amazing place! The location was outstanding, the home itself was spacious, new, and incredibly well curated with the most creative decorating (our son loved hanging out in the "tent inside"!), and the check in/check out was perfect. And so much was within walking distance, as multiple hikes were up the hill behind the home, while the town was a pleasant 5-7 walk. While we will be back in the summer for sure to enjoy the hiking, biking, rafting, and horseback riding, we also can't wait to go back in the winter to ski, as Winter Park and Mary Jane are just a few minutes down the road. I would rate this place 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

Fantastic house, beautiful location, everything we dreamed of!

The house is very comfortable, extremely well appointed, and has everything we wanted and more. The living spaces were gracious and relaxing. We loved using the grill and patio space. The location right next to trails makes it extremely convenient. Very clean and stocked with all the basics. We can’t wait to come again!

Very nice property!

Our family of 4 stayed here for spring break. The property was very nice and the location was awesome for catching the bus to ski at Winter Park! Everything was updated and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Our Favorite VRBO in Winter Park!

We really enjoyed our time at Mountain Flower! The townhouse was beyond our expectations: very clean, well stocked, and had an open concept with a lot of natural light. It is in a great location, just minutes from Winter Park. There was also a bus stop within walking distance so we didn't have to bother with parking on super busy days at the resort. Kristin, the host, was also great at communicating and made sure our stay went smoothly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Modern new/clean townhome!

A perfect place to stay. It had a very nice layout with plenty of space and very clean. It had comfortable beds, excellent kitchen with everything you need to make meals, including condiments. There were many extra special touches that make it for a very comfortable stay and place this townhouse well above other rentals. The location was perfect with easy access to Winter Park resort, great trailheads right from your doorstep, restaurants and grocery store very close by. We hope to be back soon!

Absolute Perfection

If I could give 10 stars I would! We had some unusual circumstances and Kristin worked through them with us and made the entire process flawless! Her communication was awesome and the house was incredible. It was so well appointed…we lacked nothing! There was even a sled in the garage so we could play in the snow. Our family came to go skiing and the shuttle stop was literally 5 steps from the front door. So convenient! We can’t wait to return!
