Beautiful Mountain Lodge-Ski,Hike,Bike,Relax-We Are Close to it All!

Beautiful large custom home nestled on 2.5 acres. Built in 2000 and is in like new condition. This home can easily accommodate up to 3 families with 3 levels, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

This home has 3 living levels, each having a separate sleeping and bathroom area. In addition to the kitchen on the main floor there is a large wetbar/kitchenette on the lower walkout level. The walk-out lower level has large recreation and theater room.

The upper level has a oversized King master bedroom suite with full bath and also has an attached loft area. The loft can be used for sleeping as well.

The main floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a locally craftman made cherry King size bed and the other with bunk beds that sleeps 4 (double over double), this floor also has a full bath.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other bedroom is very large with two bunk beds which sleeps 6 (double over double & single over single ), this floor also has a full bath. The lower level now has a queen size sleeper sofa as well.

The multiple levels of this home make it the perfect setup for larger groups, either extended family or family friends each having their own sleeping areas.

Home is furnished and guest may use our high speed internet service.

Enjoy the views off the large front deck sitting around a gas fire pit, that has connecting stairs to the lower level deck/patio. The deck also has a large gas grill that you may enjoy the use of. Guests may also enjoy the use of a new larger 8 person Hot Tub!

We are just 15-20 minutes from winter park ski area, and 10 minutes from Sol Vista Ski area. During summer, the 3 lakes of Granby, Grand, and Shadow Mountain are about 20 minutes away. Rocky Mountain National Park is within 30 minutes.

House is only minutes from Devils Thumb Ranch, which is a desirable place to check out with their pools, sauna, spa, zip lines, 2 restaurants, bar, horseback riding, sleigh rides, wine cellar.

The home is perfect for gathering; some other highlights:

Such a wonderful stay! House is beautiful and great access to winter park if you want to ski. We were throughly impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was, lots of pots and pans and spices. Host was communicative about maintenance issues out of their control and thoughtful about how they may impact our experience. Slept 14 & a baby comfortably--just make sure folks feel comfortable double bunking in the two bunk bed rooms Pullout couches were very comfortable as well. Game room is stocked and the hot tub was the highlight of the trip. Would definitely book again!!

We rented this house for a little family reunion and it was the perfect place in every way. This was our 3rd time staying at this property! It is our favorite place to stay near Winter Park. We intend to return in the future! It’s far enough out that you have privacy and quietness, but close enough to have fun with all the activities and run to the store if needed. Amazing cabin with amazing views

The place was perfect for the ages of our family staying. Sleeping accommodations were good. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc The arrangement was good with the ping pong table downstairs. We liked the hot tub being under the deck so there was a roof over it. We had a great stay! Close enough to go back and forth to winter park, frasier or granby. Spacious and plenty of room to spread out. Road was easy to maneuver, it did snow and the drive is pretty steep but having a nice cozy garage was a major plus.

We chose this area because its close enough to home that we can get to this location without a long drive.

We chose this house because it was our favorite of all the ones we looked at. This house is located close to all the Winter Park and Granby activities yet you feel you have the place to yourself. And the house with 5 bedrooms and 3 levels provides room to roam for everyone. Plus the space around the home provides for fun outdoors!
