Great Location in Vail | Linksview Grande
Enjoy all the outdoor activities, world-class skiing, award-winning restaurants, and renowned arts and culture that Vail has to offer with Linksview Grande, two side-by-side townhomes. Together these two residences, Linksview North and Linksview South, comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests in 8 bedrooms. You’ll feel surrounded by woods, yet you are just minutes away from the Vail Golf Course and a mere 25 yards to the in-town bus stop that will get you to and from the ski slopes, shops, and restaurants in the village.
The main levels in each home are designed for relaxing or entertaining. Both have cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that add to the spaciousness of the living areas. The fireplaces in each living room are cozy spots for guests to gather around and enthrall each other with the stories from their day’s adventures.
The chefs in the group meanwhile will be creating meals in the well-appointed kitchens with professional-grade appliances. Both residences have dining tables that seat six, with additional seating at the kitchen counters.
Family rooms provide plenty of entertainment on the lower levels of each residence. The South side has a pool table. An oversized hot tub is on the main level deck in Linksview North.
Linksview Grande has a combined 8 bedrooms. On the South side, two of the queen bedrooms are on the main level. One with an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, the other uses a hall bathroom with shower. The primary suite takes up the entire upper floor of the residence. Guests will enjoy a king bed, gas fireplace and ensuite bath with tub and separate shower. Another ensuite queen bedroom is on the lower level. A set of twin bunkbeds is in the family room on the lower level.
On the North side, indulge in a spa-like experience and a good night’s sleep in the primary bedroom on the upper level. It features a king bed, fireplace, a unique marble soaking tub, steam shower, and a large walk-in closet and dressing room. There’s a second king ensuite bedroom with a tub/shower combo in the bathroom, also on the upper level. And a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Perfect for the kids in the group, a bunk room on the lower level has two sets of twin bunks and uses a hall bathroom.
For guests’ convenience both residences have laundry rooms and garages. There’s parking for one car in Linksview North. The garage in the South residence accommodates two vehicles. There is additional parking on the shared driveway.
SKI/VILLAGE ACCESS
Linksview Grande is conveniently located close to the Vail Golf Course (Vail Nordic Center in the winter) and approximately 25 yards from the Town of Vail bus stop. The bus is free and can drop you in Golden Peak, Vail Village or Lionshead Village. You can also drive 1.5 miles to the Vail Parking Structure. Parking fees apply for overnight summer parking and most winter parking.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Colorado's mountain towns are busy with construction each spring, summer, and fall. This home is experiencing disruption from a nearby project. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows. Rates have been reduced to accommodate inconveniences that may be present.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, from mid-November through mid-April.
