The Space:

Welcome to this south-facing coastal gem, where the soothing sounds of crashing waves and ocean breezes create a serene escape. Enjoy a private pool and a relaxing hot tub, all while taking in Oak Island’s famous sunrises and sunsets from the inviting front porch, ideal for gatherings.



Inside, the home features high ceilings, upscale lighting, and a chef’s dream kitchen with custom cabinetry and a gas range. The open-concept living area includes a fully stocked kitchen with a central island for coffee and chats, plus a modern dining table perfect for larger gatherings.



The spacious king master suite offers a full ensuite with a custom-tiled walk-in shower. Two additional guest rooms provide ample space: one with a queen bed and TV, and the other a bunk room with a pyramid bunk bed and a standard bunk bed, accommodating up to 5. These rooms share a conveniently located full bath, and a walk-in laundry room with built-in cabinets completes the interior.



After a day at the beach, retreat to your private backyard oasis featuring a pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Relax in the hot tub from 6pm-midnight daily. Located near Middleton Park, you’re just steps from concerts, tennis, coffee shops, and more. This coastal retreat is perfect for your next vacation escape!



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



The hot tub will turn on automatically from 6pm-midnight every evening.



**Please Note: This home is not pet-friendly due to severe allergies. If a service animal is part of your reservation, please reach out before booking. We manage additional homes and can offer an alternative property that better accommodates your needs.**



Evidence of an unauthorized pet may result in a fine of up to $500 and/or immediate eviction without refund, since this is a health-related restriction.



Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. Please note that failure to follow these ​rules, ​including bringing pets or exceeding the home’s occupancy limit​ may result in fines or eviction.

The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
