Why they chose this property

I love hill country and especially Canyon Lake. 5 min from the house to the docks, the damn and multiple restaurants, etc. 10 min to Whitewater Amphitheater and Guadalupe River tubing. 20 min to Gruene Hall, New Braunfels with great restaurants, shops, wine tasting and fantastic live music.

What makes this property unique

New home built in 2018 with many amenities. Large well-equipped kitchen and living room area. Large dining room. 2.5-acre property with lots of privacy and a big inner back yard with outdoor furniture to relax under the covered gazebo area.
