Watch the stars and listen to the waves. Heaven. A delightful cottage on Dungeness Bay with water frontage and a large patio with a fire pit & hot tub. Excellent location to breathe the salt air.. Family-friendly home with four bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath. Two queen beds and two twins round out the remainder of the home. Propane fireplace, air conditioning, cable TV, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet. *Please be advised* Because this house is so close to the beach, there is a bulkhead from the patio to the beach. Some agility is required to access the beach.
Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.
*This is a pet friendly property; please inquire with weight, breed and training of your dog for consideration. Additional pet fee of $150 per booking will be requested at the time of booking. 2 dogs max. Our Pet policy will be required to be signed at the time of check in.
Hot Tub Notice: Please note that because we offer turnovers on this rental property, there may be times when the hot tub is not up to temperature at time of arrival due to necessary cleaning. In the event that this happens, the hot tub should be ready for use the following morning.

Gorgeous location
We spent 6 nights enjoying the views. The birds and wildlife were so fun to watch. The house is perfect! It’s clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing we can suggest is a new mattress on the king bed.

The location was really wonderful, the view incredible. Unfortunately, the property has extensive deferred maintenance. Screen doors that you could barely open or close, the tracks were so full of debris. The steps leading up to the hot tub. The railing was very unstable, I literally could not depend on it to reach the edge of the hot tub. The lid to the hot tub should’ve been replaced many years ago., split into and falling apart. Hot tub itself was quite dirty. The kitchen was adequately equipped, I would’ve paid a little bit more attention to the pots and pan situation. The refrigerator door was missing all of the built-in shelves, made it quite inconvenient. None of the sinks had stoppers and the faucets were so old that it was hard to get a good stream of water out of them in the bathrooms. The tub also had no stopper, I did finally find something in one of the cupboards that I used. I think one of the biggest problems was that was that there was no actual access to the beach from the back patio. You could not get down over the big rocks unless you were quite agile, having just had a hip replaced that was impossible for me. Even if I had been willing to try it (without the hip replacement) it was unlikely at my age. Terrible cheap pillows. The bedding was all nice though, the beds were comfortable enough. We ended up leaving a day early.

Nice Surprise !!!
Pictures online doesn't do the place justice!! Place is a little older and there were minor things but wasn't a big enough issue for me to rate it any less. It's has a very nice setting and amazing views all around. Plenty of amenities all around!! My teenage kids loved and so did my wife and her mom. It was a nice suprise for all of us. The only thing that I would do is put a muzzle on that dryer. When it is about to be done, it screams so loud and it would wake everyone up. We used it quite a bit and was startled every time. Just be prorated! Also, the smoke detector when off on us in the middle of the night and there were no smoke detected. The bed wasn't too comfortable but that's just individual preference. I still rate this place a 10 and I would definitely come back in the future!!
