Rocky Top Refuge brought to you by Volunteer Villas is a 3 bedroom, family friendly home that is equipped with toddler and nursery amenities making it a perfect getaway for young families. 15 min from downtown and UT campus as well as 15 min from Turkey Creek shopping. 25 minutes from the McGhee Tyson airport and 45 min from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Great Smokey Mountains. We can comfortably accommodate 6 in the three bedrooms, however there are two full size couches and an air mattress if needed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent Spacious Home

The house is everything you hope for. The house is big and accommodated our group of six nicely. It was well stocked with the basic necessities and very clean. The owner was very kind and replied to text quickly. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect for families

The host was so helpful and quick to assist with any questions or concerns. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Our kids loved the neighborhood playground which was a short walk from the house. This was so helpful for our family after a long car ride to get there. Beautiful neighborhood for walking with the family. The house was very spacious. Loved all the spices, oil, shampoo, conditioner, etc supplied. That is very helpful when you are traveling. Stepping out onto the back deck in the morning was very peaceful and quiet. There is an amazing church that we went to the day we had to check out that had an early church service. Transformation Church. We would highly recommend it. Loved all the books, adults and kids supplied. There were games and toys for kids. We don’t have kids in the baby/toddler stage anymore but if we did this is where we would want to be. They had lots of supplies/baby items that are so helpful to young traveling families including baby gates. Our kids loved the primary bathroom bathtub with jets. We all loved our stay!
