Amazing heated pool home near the beach! Bring the whole family to this relaxing oasis for an unforgettable vacation. Huge quartz island in updated kitchen with room for 10! Lots of beds, oversized screened-in beautiful lanai living space with pool, grill, couches, outdoor dining and big TV. You won't want to leave the lanai, but you will also be just a few miles to the nearest beach. Access to so many great Gulf beaches! We can't wait to host you!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is at 10am EST. A late check-out can be purchased for an additional $50, but we need to know as soon as possible. Check-out delays will result in $100 fine.
Please put all pool toys in proper spot on the lanai, put back any furniture that may have been moved. Also, put away any games or items that you've used that don't need washed.
Please let me know when you're out. If you need to leave early, I can get our cleaning team in earlier, so we appreciate the heads up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
