PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING REQUIREMENTS : 1- NO PARTIES . No Question asked! 2- NO Events of large gatherings of any kind 3- Home is equipped for 4 people at the maximum. No unaproved/unchecked guests may stay overnight. 4- Must be 25 or older to book the property. 5- No smoking 6- Pet fee $25 it will be charged even if you try to hide your pet. 7- If any of this occur stay will cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.
Request for film production, retreat etc need to be directly with owner.
Guest Access: We will meet at the ranch , give you a walkthrough and give you the keys.
Arrivals no later than 5 pm. Ranch is remote.
Other things to note: 1- N0 internet, NO desk. owners connect with their personal hotspot and is accesible only in the kitchen area of the house. 2- NO TV
RV can be parked with additional nightly fee of $25 dollars .
Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs, Although we hire pest control service every 3 months to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.
The ranch is at the base of the biscuit Mountain in a remote location but 10 min from the Vineyards and town.
