Step up to the desert lifestyle in an awesome award winning Del Webb community in a beautiful ranch with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a real sense of home. No steps or elevators, just pull right into your own garage. Tired of the same landscapes elsewhere, try all the variety that Arizona has to offer with a quiet, comfortable home base.
We had hoped to retire in this home but decided to stay closer to our kids. So, we are now moving into the shorter-term rental market. For you this means brand new beds and quality furnishings.
With a king bed in the Master and another in the guest room, plus two twin beds, you can comfortably sleep six. Fully furnished and utilities included, with internet. A garage, laundry room, and a quiet desert backyard with a new BBQ completes the low maintenance, living at home experience. There is a nics little pocket park across the street. Or take a walk along miles of desert pathways, just a few steps away and enjoy the views of Daisy Mountain.
You can also enjoy the beautiful Community recreation center complete with pools (maintained at 82 degrees year round), exercise areas (and classes) and tennis and pickleball courts. Anthem is a Del Webb master planned community that has won a number of awards, including “Outstanding Facility” for the 10-acre Opportunity Way Park by the Arizona Parks and Recreation Association (2017), “Best Outdoor Facility” for the new 10-court Pickleball complex by the American Sports Builders Association (2019), and the “Hottest Neighborhood” for Parkside’s Midwestern and friendly appeal by Phoenix Magazine (2017). It’s also home to the award-winning and world-renowned Anthem Veterans Memorial.
Anthem is also a great getaway to Northern Arizona, including the beauty of Sedona, the history of Prescott (Arizona’s first capital) and the pines of Flagstaff, all less than 2 hours away. Nearby is the fun of Cave Creek, shopping in Scottsdale and all that Phoenix itself has to offer. As a CPM (Certified Property Manager) and a real estate professional that spent 11 years in Arizona we know the territory and what makes a great visit. We strive to give you straight forward descriptions that you can rely upon when you reach your home away from home. We have owned rental properties for nearly two decades and have lived in all of them so we have pretty good information which helps in a pinch. Mostly we want to see you come back again and nearly all of our tenants have done so. Thank you for your interest and we are happy to answer any questions and address all concerns and suggestions.

Having spent 11 years in AZ mostly in the Phoenix area we have a good understanding of many of the quality developments in the Valley of the Sun. For us, Anthem stood out for its sense of community, more than commensurate amenities and ease in getting to many favorite day trips like Sedona. We looked at several neighborhoods, but felt that the Parkside area brought it all together.
