Questa unità si trova perfettamente al 3 ° piano dove è possibile parcheggiare a pochi passi dalla porta principale dell'unità !! Perché aspettare che gli ascensori vadano in spiaggia o in piscina quando puoi facilmente scendere le scale per due voli.


Sii il primo a rilassarti e goderti il tuo soggiorno in questo condominio splendidamente arredato con tre camere da letto e quattro bagni. Questa unità non è mai stata affittata e avrà i suoi primi ospiti nel marzo del 2020 !!! L'Unità 310 è unica nel suo genere e nella migliore posizione nell'edificio. Il condominio offre una TV HD da 60 '' nel soggiorno, una 50 '' nella camera principale, 48 '' nella seconda camera da letto e una TV a parete piatta da 48 '' nella terza camera da letto.



Entrando non puoi fare a meno di emettere un sospiro e lasciare andare le tue preoccupazioni mentre ti rilassi in questo condominio di 2000 piedi quadrati. Il soggiorno affacciato sulla spiaggia ha incredibili finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e viste mozzafiato. Elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito in cucina. Un wet-bar e fabbricatore di ghiaccio miglioreranno qualsiasi festa. L'ampio balcone ha una vista incredibile sulle onde e sulla spiaggia.



La camera da letto principale del condominio ha un letto king size, la seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali e la terza camera ha due letti singoli su due letti a castello per un massimo di 12 persone.



Per tua comodità, abbiamo installato un lucchetto senza chiave in modo che tu e la tua famiglia / amici non dovrete tenere il passo con le chiavi durante il vostro soggiorno!



Goditi una nuotata nel grande fiume pigro, mentre i bambini trascorrono ore godendosi lo scivolo d'acqua. La piscina interna riscaldata è perfetta per quei giorni più freddi. Vicino alla piscina coperta troverete quattro vasche idromassaggio. C'è una grande sala fitness situata al 15 ° piano con vista sulla spiaggia, con altre due vasche idromassaggio e saune al piano sottostante. Hai un parcheggio coperto nel garage.

Location on 3rd floor was perfect as we found the elevator to be quite busy as there are 30+ floors. The amenities were excellent with a bar grill, adult area pool, kids pools, lazy river. We rented chairs on the beach for the week which worked out great. We will be planning our next year's vacation within a week. Also, getting into and out of unit was simple. I'd highly recommend this unit and the Oasis.

This condo was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed. Was very clean. You could smell the cleaning products the moment you arrived. Some may like that but as a mother of a special needs child with extra needs, having a clean environment is important. Everyone was comfortable and the level and location was perfect. Definitely a favorite stay and we will be back!

An Awesome Stay

The unit was well equipped, had both a keurig and coffee maker, extra bar area with ice machine, nice washer/dryer, plenty of beds (no bunks) and a beautiful beach view from the balcony. Loved the bar height chairs on the balcony.. very relaxing. The only small thing, which we find in alot of condos, is the cell phone reception in back bedrooms was poor. Location is convenient to restaurants and Wal Mart Market and Publix. An overall great stay! We have already booked again for a girlfriend vacation!

We were unaware of the construction going (new pool, restaurant, etc.) on just below until a few weeks prior, but the additional pool will be nice! However, the lack of grills available during the construction was a downside. We also had our wagon stolen outside of our door, so you may want to consider bringing them in. The theft is our fault as we left it outside the condo so we didn’t track sand throughout... Lesson learned, but not a fault of the owner! Overall great condo and would consider returning in the future.

The only downfall was that the floors were extremely dirty and our feet were black anytime you walk without shoes. We just wore shoes the whole time and enjoyed our stay. Everything else was clean and the view was beautiful! We had a question about the WiFi so I sent an email about it and got a response right away which I appreciated.

Love Phoenix West II

The condo was great and fitted our needs. The chairs had some stains on them when we got there and the condo looks bigger than it actually is. However, the place was good! The complex was family friendly. Check in time was a little later than we wanted but we made it work. Also wish the condo had more chairs, etc for us to use since we flew in. Also condiments like salt and pepper would have been nice as well. Overall it was. Great week and we will be back!

We loved the pool situations (indoor and outdoor plus several hot tubs) but the crowning jewel was the lazy river and awesome slide. Our kids went down hundreds of times. The walk to the beach was short and the walkway itself was a great and the material didn’t burn feet and had several sprayers. You had the option of beach service right in front though we brought our own chairs. This condo was very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you would need. It felt spacious in the living area and bathrooms. One of our favorite areas was the balcony. It was ideal for our less mobile grandmother to sit and watch the ocean and see the kids at the pool. Nice to have chairs and a table toEnjoy the ocean with lunch. Overall we felt everything was very clean and well maintained and we would stay again.

Good Condo But Not A Fan Of The Parking Garage

The pictures of this condo are pretty accurate. We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the living area. It gives a great view of the Gulf. The furnishings are very comfy and the kitchen is very nice. The bedrooms are all good size and four bathrooms is a plus! I only wish the bedrooms had windows that had a view. The master bedroom had French doors that opened to the living area so you kind of had a view, but the secondary bedrooms only had small views to the lobby. I hated the parking garage. It was very tight parking. I felt a little nervous about having to walk through there because I wasn’t sure how well people could see us coming through. Also, we were on the third floor and after the second night we had to park on the 7th floor or higher because of work they were doing. It was really the worst part of the rental. The pool and lazy river were nice and my grand kids loved the splash pad. They could play there with a gate around it so we didn’t have to chase them around. The condo was clean and roomy. And we had no trouble with check in or check out. All in all, I would probably stay there again if I didn’t have to contend with the parking situation. But that’s just a personal preference.

One issue that caused concern. Repair or maintenance was constantly drilling in the parking garage. We were not told that there would be maintenance ongoing during our stay and felt that a reduced price should have been offered with a forwarning.

Loved everything!

Excellent property! It was clean, well stocked, and close to the beach. Location was close to the stairs, which made getting to the pool/beach easy when the elevators were super busy. We did have an issue with the A/C unit (most units did due to power surge), but property manager had someone there in minutes and issue was fixed. We loved it so much, we already booked it for next year!

Best equipped kitchen ever. 2 BR do not match pics. 1 BR has 2 queen beds. 1 BR has 2 full and 1 twin and is very crowded. Lots of seating and dining options. Plenty of hot water! Lazy River never cleaned during our week. Saw cleaners around pool area once. Smokers do not obey rules. Parking Levels 1 & 2 not allowed for guests. 5* for condo but 3* for overall facility due to issues described. This was our 5th visit to PWII.

Great amenities for the grandkids. They absolutely loved the water slide. Third floor unit was a great location and perfect for our family.. No need to wait on an elevator, just took the stairs most of the time. Parking spaces in the garage are a little tight.

Awesome resort and condo for a family vacation

We had such a great time and love the resort. Hope to book again next year! We had minimal issues and replies we're quick. Clean place with security onsite which made everyone feel safe.
