Welcome to Emerald Waters Condo featuring breathtaking views of the crystal clear emerald coast. This oceanfront condo is located at the Edgewater Resort (Tower 3, unit 203), famous for its Lagoon pool with waterfalls. Featuring gorgeously updated interiors comfortably sleeping large families. Family friendly amenities include beach toys, chairs, towels, games, puzzles, and much more. This spacious unit is conveniently on the second floor with a water-view master bedroom.

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo features spacious living space that is complimented by a 119 sqft private balcony with seating to soak up breathtaking views of the emerald waters & sugary white sands of Panama City Beach.

The open floor plan living room features a queen sized sofa sleeper and matching chair with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the floor to ceiling windows. There's a large smart TV where you can access all streaming channels and complimentary high speed wifi keeps you connected with all your own devices. The dining table seats six plus there is additional seating at the bar. The kitchen looks out over the great room with a view of the Gulf beyond and offers modern appliances plus a toaster, blender, k-cup and full pot coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glassware, etc. to whip up any meals or snacks.

Emerald Waters PCB's main suite is a gulf-view king bedroom with your own private bathroom. There's a smart TV, clothing storage and access to the ensuite bathroom with a large tub and separate shower plus double vanity. A sliding door gives you direct access to the beachfront balcony and you can wake to a view of the waves.

The second bedroom has two queen sized beds, smart TV, clothing storage, and a private entrance to the adjacent full bathroom with a tub-shower combo and a single vanity.

The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, smart TV, clothing storage, and it has a bathroom adjacent to it. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and can accommodate guests who are using the sofa bed in the great room as well.

A full sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, plus provided beach towels round out the conveniences.

Emerald Waters PCB will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Pets/ESA are not allowed.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a copy of his/her ID and a credit card on which a $350 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool, hot tub, and sundeck directly in front of Tower 3 (the only things separating you from the beach and the water) or step a few paces to the right and dip into the beachfront lagoon pool that is 11,500 square feet and surrounded by lush tropical foliage and waterfalls. There are plenty of pool loungers for relaxing by the pool or you can rent a set of VIP Lounge Chairs/Umbrella or a poolside Cabana with luxury amenities. The free kids splash pad and two additional hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders or Shakers bar.

Summer entertainment at Edgewater includes beach bonfires, kids activities like Hermit Crab races, a photo scavenger hunt, beach volleyball, dive-in movies, poolside DJs, karaoke and more! (Some events require a fee.)

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on the villa side along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf, plus high-tech fitness center. Golf, court sports, and the fitness center all have an additional fee for use.

Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, and plenty of beach chairs, watersports and fun activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right at our property.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
