The hosts were very prompt at getting back to us when we messaged them about any information and questions. The house was very clean and it was a wonderful weekend in Bass.

This cabin was nice with a view to the lake. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating on the deck in the mornings and evenings. The inside was cozy and clean except the stairs and perhaps partially the floors on the main floor, and although that was inconvenient for the first day, the host responded to our request to clean them in a timely manner. The bathrooms did not have shampoo and conditioner only body wash, which in one of the bathrooms was almost empty. We didn’t request any because some of us brought our own and I just forgot to request it, but we think that’s an essential item every rental should provide. We saw raccoons on the main deck one of the nights, which was pretty cool, what is not so cool is the mess they make if you put your trash out in the provided bins in the smaller deck, but that seems to be a problem all around Bass Lake. Beware, driveway is very steep to get to parking. Once you get there, parking is flat. Overall we enjoyed our stay, appreciate the hosts’ responses to our needs and we think this is a beautiful location to enjoy the lake.
