The Space:
First floor has 1 bedroom and sleeps 2 and second floor has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 (6 in total).
The living room and dining area both comfortably seat 6 and come equipped with a smart TV, smart speaker, karaoke set and many board games for your entertainment.
There is a full bathroom on each floor. Both bathrooms are recently renovated. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer if needed.
The living/dining area, downstairs bedroom, and 1 upstairs bedroom all have air conditioning units. 1 upstairs bedroom does not have AC but comes equipped with both a ceiling fan and a floor fan and is generally very cool.
Enjoy the outdoor patio, the hot tub (bring your SWIMSUITS), lakefront dock and BBQ grill!
Guest Access:
This home is part of the Sleepy Hollow Lake community. The home is entirely yours to host family and friends! A Tenant Acknowledgment of APO Rental Policy will need to be signed for each booking prior to arrival. The agreement states they agree to the rules of Sleepy Hollow which can be found on Sleepyhollowlake . org under The Community then Governance. You will also need to fill out the Vehicle Registration Form. The Vehicle ID Registration Form can be dropped off to the APO office located a few minutes from the home at 92 Randy Road. They will provide you with a sticker for each car to be parked at the property.
Some extra amenities offered include 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball court and private beach (generally until Labor Day). Guests will need wristbands and access cards which are located in a small plastic bag in the TV stand drawers. Please return them to the same spot after use. Any missing wristbands
Other Things to Note:
Please avoid smoking, large gatherings and parties, as well as hosting extra guests without prior approval.
** As most of the homes are on wells, there can be a slight sulfur or iron smell to the water. It is safe to use and consume, but bottled water is recommended if you're sensitive to that ***
