• No parties or events allowed.
• Maximum number of guests allowed on property or overnight is 12.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind or permitted inside the house or on the porch/deck. If smoke is detected there will be a $750 ozone smoke removal fee charged.
• We love pets, but no pets allowed. If you bring a pet there will be a charge of $750 per pet.
