Fantastic, four-bedroom with four full Private Bathrooms, Beach Home on Magnolia Lake! Bring your fishing pole and go fishing or go to the beach and just lay back and relax! It will be a vacation you will not forget! Rent a golf cart or we have (5) free bikes for your pleasure. There is much to do at Ocean Lakes, including Free Water Park. No pets and no smoking, please! Ocean Lakes is everything you could ask for in a family vacation. We rent to Families Only, No Groups (College or High School Seniors) due to the Pandemic. It has almost a mile of beach and is a gated community/resort with all the amenities you will need. The recreation area has an Olympic-size outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, a kiddie water play area with fountains and mounted squirt guns, two playgrounds, a snack shop that serves fast food and ice cream, shaded picnic areas, and lots of room for sunbathing.
Next to the pool and Water Park is a huge recreation building where you will find scheduled activities for young and old alike (bingo, ceramics, arts and crafts, etc). Here you can also get discount coupons for golf and many of the local attractions. In this area also is the new arcade with over 80 games. There is a grocery store and a gift shop for your everyday needs. Security is 24/7 and is strictly enforced. We have a site 213403 on homeowners at ocean lakes. com

Jeanne and I took over 1 year to build "Big Daddy's" Beach house. We feel our lake front and ocean view house is one of the nicest beach houses in Ocean Lakes. We put a lot of special upgrades in the home such as 10' ceilings on the 1st Floor & Cathedral ceiling on the 2nd Floor. All (4) Bedrooms have there own full private Bathrooms. The Kitchen & Bathrooms have Custom Cabinetry with Granite Counter tops. There is XM Radio with Zoned Speakers for music in all Rooms and Deck. There is a 65" HD TV in living room with Bose 321 Surround Sound Home Theater System. All Bedrooms have wall mounted HD TV's. There is also TV on Deck and under house. We have Wi Fi, Full Size Washer/Dryer, Bar on lower level under house & plenty of Deck Furniture, Hammock, Beach Bicycles, Cooler, Beach Games and much more...
