Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 cars; additional first-come, first-served street parking may be available. Follow the path to the right of the driveway to reach the front door.

• Washer/Dryer: Available for guest use.

• Fireplace: Decorative only and not available for guest use.

• Security camera: One exterior camera at the front door monitors the entrance and street.

• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. Thank you for being respectful of our neighbors.

• Age requirement: Primary guest must be 21+ to book.

• Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 7 guests; children under 2 are not counted toward occupancy under local regulations.

• Parties/Events: Not permitted.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• Checkout: Please remove your trash and start the dishwasher before you depart.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
