The space and amenities are great. We had an issue with noisy neighbors which the host addressed. There could be more institutions on handling the dishes, laundry and info on local attractions and restaurants.

What a great time we had staying at this property. We had also had great communication with the manager of the property. Everything was clean and the access was super easy as well. We look forward to visiting the area again and we will definitely will stay with these properties again. Great accommodations! I would recommend this management.

I would have given an overall rating of 5, but the communication with Josh was very poor. When I booked the reservation 4 months prior to our arrival, Josh messaged me that there were 2 parking places available. However, the day before our arrival, Josh messaged me that was no longer the case. Evidently, unit A was to get both spots on our 4th and 5th nights. He did provide street parking passes for those nights. Unfortunately, we had to park one car a half a mile away. We are all in our seventies and eightes. So it was quite frustrating that unit A didn't use the parking spots at all on the fourth night. We were able to use the spots on our last night which was very helpful when packing up to leave. Therefore, I had to give a 1 rating for communication.

Lovely and checks all the boxes
We had an excellent stay! First, the location was excellent. We were able to walk downtown for sightseeing, shopping and food. It felt safe. Second, the property is lovely. The historic house is beautiful with modern updates and all the essentials. It was just what our family of four needed. Lastly, the communication was excellent from the time of our booking to our departure. We would stay again if visiting the area!

The property was great! It mixed the charm of Charleston but with modern upgrades inside. The location was perfect for quick Ubers to King Street and other locales. Our only complaint (and this is not about the apartment at all) was that a bachelor party had rented the unit next door and they were extremely loud and partied all night long (we heard the police come out several times telling them to quiet down). Other than that, the neighborhood was wonderful and safe. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Charleston.

Wonderful experience from the communication, cleanliness, amenities, and LOCATION! This unit offered off street parking which was wonderful and had sound machines available for a peaceful sleep. I cannot rave enough about the location. Easily walkable to many things including King Street. The house was very comfortable, updated, and extremely clean.Would highly recommend to all my friends/family that want to visit Charleston.

Very nice accommodations, fabulous neighborhood, 1 mile walk to downtown. Only problem was noise from residents above us late into night/early morning. No insulation or sound barrier in floor above bedrooms.
