We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Everything was clean and as pictured. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating. This place is walkable to so many shops and restaurants. The host answered any questions and communicated well during our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Property was very clean! It is a little small and the living room furniture is not the most comfortable for 4 people to sit and visit or watch tv. Bedrooms are small but the beds are very comfortable. Very close to King Street, however the main shopping area of King Street is down a ways. Host was awesome and was very timely with communications!

Convenient location. Walking distance to a cute little breakfast spot and a few nice restaurants. Easy walk to king street. Unit was clean and well equipped. The only complaint was noise from the street. Loud parties walking by the windows late at night, and construction that starts in the morning made sleeping a bit challenging. The construction will hopefully end soon, but it was a loud corner if you’re a light sleeper.

Property was very clean and the location is perfect. We were a bit disappointed with the supplies. We rented for 5 nights and were provided with only 1 towel set each. The mgmt company responded with 1 additional towel each. Also, there was not enough toilet paper for the stay nor coffee. I did not consider the property fully stocked as others usually are. There was noise to deal with from the neighboring units as well as King Street, but manageable and was anticipated. Although the parking was extremely tight, it was a huge plus! I would recommend this property for local Charleston stays and would consider reserving again.

It was a great, clean comfortable place to stay. Though it was not a huge issue, the one thing that could be an issue for some, the one bedroom is on the front of the unit and is right next to the sidewalk. On Friday evening, Halloween, the street noise was fairly loud in that front bedroom.
