Live Oaks of Topsail vacation rentals

We had a great week in surf city staying at Chad’s place! It was spacious and the location was just perfect.

What a wonderful house Marshal and Sue have thought of everything, great location and beach 3 minute walk away we will definitely be back thank you for a great little family vacation

The property was extremely clean and matched the listing description. Susan was very responsive and helpful to all inquiries. They provided enough garbage bags, laundry pods, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper until we were able to get settled and get to the store. We very much enjoyed the location of the home and our stay! We would recommend this home if you’re looking to be in close proximity to the beach and to the restaurants, shopping, etc. in Surf City. We rented golf carts from a local company for the week and were able to use them to go to and from the beach, as well as for going for dinner, to the local grocery store, and for ice cream in Surf City. Just a helpful tip to future renters - there are no chairs provided at the community pool, so be sure to bring your own if you would like to spend your days lounging poolside.

The house was lovely! Clean, well-kept, close to the beach. The kids lived the community pool and the 4th floor balconies offered amazing views of the ocean! Definitely would recommend it to anyone!
