Very nice apartment

The apartment is very nice. Very clean and very well equipped. Very well located. Getting to the beach is a bit cumbersome since you have to walk a narrow trail. Actually, my parents couldn't make it there, but the public beach is just a short drive away. The owner and property managers were very responsive. Definitely would return.

Casa Vasquez

The condo had ample space. Furnished with dated and cheap furniture. NO HOT WATER and almost NO WATER at all. Noisy filters ran frequently and ran leaking water on the floors. Owner responded, but couldn't resolve during our stay. Roaches were in kitchen.

Peaceful spacious condo with a great view

We stayed for the better part of a week in Casa Vasquez. All of the amenities mentioned in Sam’s write up make this a lovely place to be. The almost empty very swimmable beach really is easily accessible. The pool is maintained regularly. The grocery choices are extensive. The bakery across the street and the bakery in the grocery both have hot savory food and some salads to go. Local restaurants near the condo and in downtown Rincon have good food, some wonderful fish, and service is friendly and competent. We were pleased to find Clarissa patient with our delayed arrival and ready to show us around and answer all our questions both when we arrived and when we texted her. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen and living areas are simple and very comfortable. The location made exploring easy and it was always a pleasure to come back “home.” We hope to come again!

Wonderful stay

The condo was large, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. The hot water fluctuated q little during our showers but was always warm. I really enjoyed that end of the island too.

Great Condo in Rincon

This property delivered on all amenities! Condo was spacious and clean, location was great and convenient to all nearby stores and restaurants. Owner sent great instructions on directions and check in process. All we had to do was follow his clear instructions and with the codes he sent, drive into gated and secure lot, use code to open condo door and begin enjoying our vacation! The pool and gazebo area was well maintained and kept clean. The rooftop was a great bonus space that we used to enjoy breakfast with a view and spectacular sunsets! Owner had put together a folder with condo instructions and places in the area to enjoy. For this and many more reasons, it’s easy to see why he is rated as a super host! We hope to return to Rincon and when we do, book same condo again!

Excellent spot

My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the penthouse apartments for nearly a week and we loved it. We could see the pool (which unfortunately was closed by the government for safety, at the time) and the water from our balcony. We used the private roof top deck a couple of times, including grilling dinner one night. We walked to the beach daily. I liked the parking lot being gated. I think the street noise would have been too loud for me if we slept in the front bedroom, but we were totally fine in the bedroom in the back. I would definitely recommend this place, and I would stay again!

Nos encantó! La ubicación, la playa hermosa! El apartamento está muy bonito y cómodo, sin embargo no fue el que yo vi en las fotos y para efecto ese fue el que renté y al llegar no fue ese! Así que ese sería mi recomendación que sean más específicos en cuál apartamento estoy alquilando y poner las fotos de cada uno. Porque yo alquile el hasta 8 personas y el q me dieron solo era para 4 y pues me trajo una situación incómoda. Todo lo demás está nice.

Due to tge Covid-19 we couldnt use this apartment. However, Samuel called and accommodated us in another. His attention was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable and great location. You can walk to a bakery, supermarket, restaurants and there is a private beach. Cant wait to go back and stay at Samuels apartment or any ofvthem at Sea Village.

Nice getaway

The penthouse was a good family spot for us to hang out in when we weren't at the beach. There was a close walkway to get to the ocean that had a pretty private beach. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Lovely visit in a beautiful condo!

We came back to Rincon after a 4 year absence and were delighted to find a beautiful well maintained condo. Love the comfty furniture and well equipped kitchen! Great location and great beach too.
