Come late afternoon, it’s a perfect spot to gather with an ice cold drink and catch up on how everyone spent the day. With four upholstered easy chairs and ottomans, it’s a great spot to put your feet up and relax.
Step inside 179 Pine Needle Way and enjoy the inviting beach house vibe and chic contemporary décor. The floors are all dark hardwood — just perfect for padding around in bare feet — while the furnishings and wall colors are light, comfortable, and soothing.
The heart of any home is the kitchen and this one will not disappoint you. With light wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and cool black granite countertops, everything you need is at your fingertips whether the kitchen is simply a place to serve catered meals or you love to cook gourmet dinners that will be savored. And with room to seat eight, breakfast, lunch, or dinner can be a true family affair.
Step outside the back door and into your family vacation paradise. There is a small, enclosed back porch which leads down to a barbecue lover’s dream — a huge grill area, which features a gas barbecue, additional burners for cooking, and a fridge. And just beyond is your own private yard complete with swimming pool! Best of all, there is a full private bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is great to rinse off in and clean up after using the beach or pool. The fenced in back yard is perfect for small children or pets. A six passenger electric cart is also included with this property for guest usage.
The bedrooms in this house are truly spectacular and offer a variety of spacious accommodations for your family or house guests. Two bedrooms — each with its own private bath (one has a bathtub and the offers a stall shower) feature king-sized beds. One of the king-sized bedrooms also features access to the back porch. The third bedroom sleeps four with one set of bunk beds and a trundle bed as well as its own bathroom with stall shower. All bedrooms are light, airy, and guaranteed to offer a perfect night’s sleep after a busy day at the pool, beach, or out and about exploring in the popular WaterColor community!
Pack up the family — including the pets — and head to 179 Pine Needle Way. From here, the beach is just a quick bike ride and you are also not far from Seaside.
Featured Amenities Provided: Adult cruiser bikes provided by our partners at Big Fish Bike Co along with access to WaterColor’s Beach Club and Pool, Boathouse Pool, Dragonfly Pool, Frog Pool & Camp Pool. Access to the WaterColor Tennis Center and Fitness club are available with an added fee at the door.
WaterColor Expansion Update - The WaterColor Beach Club will be expanding to offer two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more. The Beach Club will close, Tuesday after Labor Day (9/4/2018), resulting in zero access to the Camp or Beach Club pools through the end of the year. During the construction process, access to the beach, rental chairs, towel service, and alternative food service and restroom options will still be available. The expected completion date for phase 1 of the Beach Club is Memorial Day 2019. The newly redesigned Camp WaterColor, which is expected to be complete by Spring Break 2019, will include 3 total pools, a lazy river and food and beverage service. During construction, the HOA is working to ensure all alternative WaterColor community pools are heated during the fall and winter seasons.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 45 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
