A Fantastic Beach Teip

Had family and friends for college graduation! This place was a perfect location. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed from a turn table for music to a fully equipped kitchen for a home cooked meal. The pool/outside grill area was a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. The golf cart made it easy to get around!! We will be back again for sure!!

Perfect,perfect,perfect.

This house is very clean and comfortable for a family. The kitchen is well stocked and very easy to cook in. High end appliances make it a joy. We brought our dog and the yard is fenced which could s very nice. We had never stayed in this area but it was great with not to much traffic. We like to bike but the golf cart was a very nice addition. Look forward to renting again with sanders they are the best. Hopefully will be able to rent this house again. It is outstanding.

Property was great had issues with toilet in one of master bedrooms. Chain came off every time you flush. Both Master beds were very squeaky. Otherwise, the place was very pleasant and super clean. Great location and being able to ride bikes or use golf cart was fantastic.

Great location but had some hiccups

Upon arrival, in the middle of the night, we entered the side door with alarm. Both kids were sleeping and the alarm just kept blaring. Turns out it was a pool alarm (not mentioned) that will only be shut off by pressing the little round button by door and closing the door. Needless to say, this took about 30 mins in the middle of the night to finally figure out while unloading and by now both kids were wide awake and crying. It would have been nice to have some sort of heads up on the checkin info. That’s wasn’t really a big deal but the next morning I had to call maintenance for a mop because the place wasn’t adequately cleaned. There was white film left all over the bathtubs and sink areas so i just gave it a quick once over myself - just Incase. We rented the house basically for the private pool. Unfortunately, the pool is almost useless due to all the mosquitoes. The moment we opened the back door you could see them flying around. We checked in on Wednesday and they couldn’t get someone to come spray until the following Monday. It did help a bit but still not enough to enjoy it like we planned. Our daughter is allergic and had over 8 bites just from one swim the second day we were there. The house backs up to some wooded area which is the cause for the mosquitos. During a routine pool cleaning the pool guys informed is they pulled out a baby copperhead from the skimmer - so just keep your eyes peeled. Lastly, we rented during the pandemic so planned to social distance as much as possible with the pool and cooking. The oven wouldn’t preheat all the way because the oven door wouldn't close all the way. All-in-all, the house is so charming and we made the most of it despite the issues we had. The rental company tried to accommodate all the issues in a quick manner and the maintenance guy was super nice. The location was great and about a mile away from the main watercolor pools and beach access. We probably wouldn’t stay here again just because of the pool scenario, however, if that’s not of importance to you - the house is really cute and love that it’s all one level with the kids.

Great Vacation Rental

Home was as described in listing. Loved having the golf cart! It made it very easy to get around. Would recommend. The only downside was that the outdoor kitchen and pool were essentially unusable because of mosquitos. Having the pool screened in would correct that problem. Also, while we were there the property next door was being renovated. The contractors would block the driveway almost daily. And, when they spray painted the front porch, they didn't hang any tarps up to keep the overspray from covering our black SUV. Luckily were able to get it off .

Beautiful house!

This house was awesome! We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was clean and well maintained. We had some great meals at the Red Bar and The Bay and the House was so pretty, we spent many hours just lounging around and relaxing. The management was very helpful and responsive and my kids had a blast with the bikes. So nice to hop on the golf cart and go to the pool or Seaside.

The place was clean upon arrival and exactly as promoted. If there is a downside to the property, it would be too bugs/insects around the outdoor pool (which backs up to the woods). That made the pool barely usable. However, the electric cart was wonderful and made for easy rides all over the area, including to the many pools in Watercolor. The home's decor showed that the owner is indeed a dog lover, like us. We appreciated that. We will stay here again. David

Watercolor is the bomb!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at 176 Pineneedle Way and the fact our furry friend was able to tag along with us was a bonus!! We could tell the owners were pet lovers as well!! The place was superb and the golf cart was awesome!! We will be back!!

Spectacular

We needed to evacuate from Irma with our new puppy and Carol was so fabulous to call me with a perfect home and location with a fenced area. She truly went above and beyond to help us. The home was wonderful and they sent us a beautiful basket. Ironically the home had all sorts of St Louis paraphernalia and we are from St Louis originally. PS. Love the book collection too.

Love it!!

This is our 4th stay here! It is well kept,comfortable, quiet and perfect for pets! The pool is an added pleasure! I love sitting on the porch having coffee or afternoon drinks. I am very pleased with Sanders Beach Rentals.

Great Watercolor location

House was clean and fairly well stocked on arrival (would have appreciated few more rolls of TP and paper towels). Though furthest from beach club pool at the Inn, we enjoyed the bike ride (bikes provided). Grill worked well and kitchen had essentials. Layout of the house is great for conversations, board games are plentiful. Kudos to Sanders Rentals for coming to fix grill (someone had shut off gas line) and get the washer machine working. Really enjoyed the week and would highly recommend this home.

Watercolor

Wonderful home-clean and neat! Decorated and furnished cute and comfortable. We have a small dog and this was perfect with the gated yard. It was nice having the pool. Having the bikes available was great and we took advantage of that! Can't wait to go back!!

Overall great rental, clean and beautiful fenced in yard

very nice rental. Clean and exceptionally nice yard and screened porches. There are a couple of things that could be improved. The internet was painfully slow. The kitchen had less than desirable pots and pans. There were non stick pans that had scratches all over them (which can give off dangerous chemicals) and I couldn't find some other typical kitchen necessities. I've owned rental properties before and know the basic package needed to make a kitchen complete and would want to know this feedback. Saying all of this, I still gave it an excellent rating because all the other things outweighed the negative. I would rent this property again and bring a few kitchen items to use.

Great family home in Watercolor!

My wife and I just got back from a week in this beautiful Watercolor home. We travel to Watercolor a couple times a year and have stayed in multiple different homes. We both agree, without a doubt, this has to be our favorite! We travel a good bit throughout the year and we've definitely come to realize it's the little things that count. First off, the house was beautiful! The furnishings were perfect, the bedrooms were plenty big enough that we felt very comfortable, and the pictures on this site don't even do it justice. From having so many extra linens in the bathrooms, to the beach chairs and floats provided, to having just about everything you could ever need in the kitchen, really made this home feel so comfortable. The outdoor living space really was the icing on the cake. To hang out by the pool and throw some steaks on the grill at the end of the day was so much fun. The fact that the homeowners thought to put a full bath outside next to the pool goes to show, once again, the attention to detail. We've also noticed that many homes in the community provide only two bikes, while this one had four. Since we had friends join us for the second half of the week, that was just a really nice plus, not only because it saved money, but more importantly it saved the headache of having to go rent two more. We just felt like, once we got here, we didn't have to worry about one thing. The only thing that went wrong at all was one of the smoke detector batteries must have gone out and we heard an occasional beep from it. I called the maintenance supervisor and he handled it immediately! Top notch service for sure. The location is great. The beach was a quick 5 minute bike ride down Western Lake Dr and Publix was less than 2 minutes in the other direction. Very quiet on this street, but still very convenient! Oh, and Sanders Beach Rentals, the rental agency, was a pleasure to deal with from the time we booked through when we left. Great communication with us and such a friendly and helpful staff!
