Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Off the front porch, you're just steps from the kids' favorite - the "Frog Pool." Out the back door, you'll find peaceful nature trails. A short walk or bike ride to the left will take you to the tennis center and path into Seaside. Take a right out the back of the home, and you'll be heading towards the Boathouse on Western Lake for fishing, YOLO, or the pool, then on to the Beachclub pool and beach. Kids of all ages absolutely love riding in a Low-Speed Vehicle - a fun outing to Camp Watercolor or maybe pizza for dinner? And easy for the grocery store!

Back at The Cottage, relax on either of the 2 large screened-in porches overlooking the beautiful private pool and the nature area beyond the back gate. Settle into comfy couches by the beautiful shell fireplace in the open concept main living area. A gourmet kitchen with gas cooktop and huge dining table to seat 8 plus 4 barstools at the counter.
