This amazing and newly decorated apartment, with a unique view of the Eiffel Tower, is located on the third floor of a splendid “Hotel Particulier” in the heart of the prestigious 7th district, between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, and very close to the river Seine.

This is the best situation for visiting Paris: the majority of the main Parisian monuments and museums are accessible by foot.

Facing its own internal courtyard, this impressive stone house was built in the mid 19th century by the architect of the Rothschild's for a French Marquis who choose this very quite and safe area to house his family.

You will cross the courtyard and take the majestic staircase to access your 700sq ft apartment. The other side of your apartment looks onto a quiet traditional street that features what was once the old docks of the Seine and has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. You will never get tired of admiring this unique view of the “Grande Dame” at night. It will certainly remain one of the strongest souvenirs you will keep after your stay.

This gem of an apartment, was renovated to luxury standards and features some original 1940's classic furniture and eclectic artworks. It is extremely tastefully decorated and very bright with natural light from both sides and high ceilings with original features complemented by wooden parquet floors and gracious curtains and blinds. The apartment is Very comfortable, impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards

It consists of a spacious living/dining room, bedroom with comfortable, high quality queen bed, and bathroom with bath/shower, a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a small terrace. The apartment also features a magnificent hallway running along its length. There is ample cupboard space throughout.

To keep in touch or relax there is a High Definition TV with CNN, BBC World etc, a Bose Sound System with ipod/ipad connection, DVD player and a very fast Wireless connection.

Like Parisians, you will be able to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops of the district (in the renowned streets of rue Saint-Dominique, rue Cler, rue Surcouf - we will provide the list of our recommended ones); and walk to many major monuments located only 5 -10 min away such as the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the Grand Palais, the Rodin Museum, the Pont Alexandre III, the Museum of Modern Art, the Orsay Museum, etc. The apartment is also very near the Seine: you can go by foot to the Louvre by making a magnificent stroll along the river, by using the pedestrianized docks. Or take an unforgettable boat trip on the Seine in the evening.

Buses, metro stations and taxis are all nearby.

Finally, the 7th district is an epicurean's dream where you can discover the most delicious foods. Upon arrival, the manager will supply you with a list of the best of these exceptional local resources: boulangeries, delicatessens, butchers, fromageries, patisseries...all located a few steps away.

Ideally designed for a couple, our apartment will offer you a unique experience in Paris and make you feel as comfortable as in your own home.

The manager of our apartment is one of our closest neighbours. He will welcome you onsite, and will remain within easy reach for any need. He knows the area intimately and will provide you with as many recommendations as you could hope for.


As you can observe, the rates are quite low for such an exceptional unit of upper category. The reason for that is that there is no lift. Successive owners of the house have never wanted to spoil the unique style of these majestic stairs by adding a lift in the middle of it. You will appreciate the beauty and harmony of these stairs each time you go in or out of your apartment. As the stairs are extremely wide and not high, getting up or down is like a little promenade and you will understand why a lift is absolutely not necessary.

We always dreamed of having an apartment in Paris where we could walk or cycle to local shops, markets, restaurants, museums, parks and concerts, explore different neighbourhoods and live like Parisians.

What makes this apartment unique

We started to look a few years ago and when we walked into this apartment we knew this was the one! The entrance, grand stairway, the light, the views, the character - it just fitted. And the location was perfect - within easy walking distance of major museums and landmarks yet quiet and maintaining a local atmosphere with great shops and restaurants on our doorstep.

We certainly would recommend this apartment! Xavier greeted us and gave us the tour of the apartment when we arrived from the airport. The apartment is very well located only blocks from restaurants, taxi pick up location, and so much more. We walked over 60 miles on our 10 day visit to Paris, and having a well appointed apartment made our stay comfortable.

Beautiful apartment in the 7th Aro

We loved the apartment. It's clean, spacious, airy, a lot of light, because of numerous windows, perfectly located. Mr. Xavier was very accommodating, always ready to answer our questions and meet our needs. Small inconvenience was a washing machine. Something wrong with its door. We had to manipulate it (opening and closing it) to start the machine. Rather than this tiny inconvenience our stay was perfect and we hope to stay in your apartment again during our next visit to Paris.

Perfect Paris Apartment

My wife and I recently stayed 6 nights and didn't want to leave. Perfect walking location to exactly what you want to see and the neighborhood cafe's are so nice and accommodating to people that don't exactly speak French. The Rue Cler market is a must stop to collect cheese, wine and fresh made goodies for the apt. There is an endless list of bakeries and restaurant's that offer authentic French country cuisine down Rue Saint Doninique which takes you straight to the Eiffel Tower. This will now be our annual Paris location. Xavier is so helpful and great to work with

I am not sure I want to make this place more popular as it is an absolute haven and for me the best way to enjoy Paris. Spotless brilliant location bright high ceilings great neighborhood and every amenity at home and close by. It makes you feel like a Parisian.
