Welcome to your LoHi retreat! This bright, modern home offers three stories to live, work, and play nestled near Michelin-star dining, stellar bars, a cute park, with an easy walk into downtown Denver. With south-facing windows two stories high, the natural light will make even cloudy days feel sunny. Work away in the upstairs office or turn it into a second bedroom, and enjoy the spacious top-floor main suite with a king bed and massive deck.

First Floor: Open & Inviting
As you step inside, you’ll find a bright, open living area designed for maximum relaxation. The spacious living room features the most comfortable couch west of the Mississippi and big-ass TV, along with a gas fireplace for instant warmth. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals or snacks, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying them.

Second Floor: Work or Chill
Upstairs, your desk in the office looks over the tree-lined street, with a couch that converts to a comfortable queen bed with a memory foam topper. You'll also enjoy a cozy reading alcove with a pull-out chaise (single), and a full bathroom with shower and dual vanities.

Third Floor: Zen Goodness
The top floor is where you’ll find the master suite, with French doors that open to a massive balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The bathroom features two sinks, a bathtub, a roomy shower, and a heated toilet seat, along with plenty of room to hang your clothes.

Smart Home Features
This house is fully equipped with modern smart home technology. Use Alexa to control most lights, and adjust the temperature with the Nest thermostat for the perfect climate.
Guest access

You'll be given a custom code to lock and unlock the front door, and the guest pass will allow you to park on the street. The full house is yours to enjoy.

You're in the midst of the best Denver has to offer — easy walks to stellar food and cocktails nearby, or a fun stroll or scooter ride into downtown.

Phenomenal location. Beautiful home. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Host replied quickly to our needs. (Construction behind the building which was a bit annoying the first morning but after that not at all a bother). Parking was complicated but made easy by the parking permit generously provided.
