Our Penthouse is clean and specious . Very Sunny , and open floor plan is the perfect space for friends and family trip . Perfect location will allow you to explore Denver. The heart of Capitol Hill neighborhood is close to all the best bars and restaurants. Historical mansion style will keep it unique experience . Plenty of parks to go to , 5 min from downtown and one hour from mountains . If you are planing to see concert at Bluebird , Fillmore or Ogden Theatre , you are in the right place . It is a very busy part of happening neighborhood . Many bars restaurants and coffee shops around . Place is on the third floor and there is no elevator . It is above the bar / restaurant. We would appreciate high noise tolerance guests ( louder on weekends only ) .
Please respect our afford in making it clean , although remember it is "home " , not a hotel so some things might not be perfect or might not be the way you desire .
We believe guests travel to adventure and enjoy it only :)

We had a great stay! Check-in was a breeze, the host was super responsive, and the place was spotless — clearly cared for. The location was perfect for exploring, close proximity to everything we needed.Yes, like any major city, you’ll meet a few of the local philosophers without addresses (aka the homeless) on your strolls — they add a little character and social commentary to your vacation! Nothing that made us feel unsafe, just part of city life. Overall, a fantastic stay and we’d absolutely book again.

Incredible condo for a girls trip!

Honestly, probably one of the swankiest, yet welcoming places I’ve ever stayed. It was decorated to perfection and the perfect place for a girls trip to visit the Red Rocks. Kinga the host was amazing and I am planning on renting this again when I come back next year.

Awesome place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Comfortable two bedroom and two bath close to downtown area. Check-in was easy. This will be first place I check next time we return to Denver.

Fantastic!

The place was really great! Plenty of room for myself and 3 friends to stay plus a great gathering place for a party. Loved the bar downstairs. Good food, drinks and funky atmophere.

Great getaway

Property was in a location where we were able to walk to most of where we wanted to go. We really enjoyed the balcony and spent most of our time while at the location on the balcony. Owner was easy to communicate with and accomodating. We would love to stay here again!

Night life

The apt is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for 4 people. The check in was simple and easy. The only thing keeping this place from a 5 star is the amount of noise that happens outside between 1-4 am. If you can sleep through anything then this is the place for you

A documentary needs to be done on that papa johns.

So i dont know where to begin. Ive never rented a vrbo before so im new to the process. The place was ok for the most part inside. But they dont tell you will be afraid to go outside day or night. That papa johns you can see from your balcony has the most shady deals going down all times of day cops loud noises. I dont normally right reviews but the place is rough.

Great home and great host

The space was perfect. Host was responsive and quick with any concerns or requests we had. Pros: check in was easy, large living space, house is fully equipped with dishes, towels, extra blankets, washer/dryer, cute spots to eat/drink right downstairs! Things to keep in mind: lots of stairs (we didn’t mind but just for anyone looking to book), the walls are THIN you will hear your neighbors, the balcony overlooks a papa John’s parking lot (there was some drama outside some nights lol). Overall we had a great stay and would book again!

Condo was nicely appointed and equipped. However, the neighborhood was very noisy - bars and sirens for the one night out of four we stayed. Got no sleep. We took a financial hit to depart early but it was necessary.

Hardy Concert

The property itself is excellent and in walking distance to the Fillmore and Ogden Theatres. We were impressed with the interior of the property. The surrounding area on Colfax is nothing to brag about.

There was no mention of the room being up 3 flights of stairs. I'm disabled and while I can do some stairs, 3 flights was enough to put a dent in my enjoyment of the stay. The directions to the property were incorrect, as the lounge it was supposed to be located behind doesn't exist and is a restaunt called the Mansion now. When I called the owner looking for help, she wouldn't tell me where to go over the phone, instead I had to wait for her to send me directions via text after that. This included vital information about our stay, like the door codes and where to park. This info really should have been sent to me before check in time to avoid getting lost, being frustrated, and smooth check in. The building was missing an address number on its door. We wanted some water from the sink and noticed there are quite a few fruit flies buzzing around the kitchen and a pesky fly. The location was very good aside from it being just a little scary at night. The surrounding restaurants were nice. Made it easy to attend a nearby concert safely.

Great penthouse, the area not so much.

Great penthouse; large and super cute. Beautiful bathrooms. The AC is not great- it was in the high 90's in Denver and the heat of the day heats of the old building. And the neighborhood is totally sketch. Or maybe just the corner on the backside of the property to be precise. There is a bus stop, pizza and liqour stores that have very obvious issues; loitering, drug dealing, drug ingestion, prostitution etc. The view from the dining area and the view from the very cute deck of the primary bedroom are front and center to the "action". At any given time there are 50+ people loitering in the parking lot, behind the building, in the alleyway. Some are obviously tripping on their drug of choice. Both nights of our stayed included a multple unit police unit "bust". The second night it was 5 police vehicles at 12am. They arrest a few and clear the rest. While this is not something the host has control over, it can be a serious issue/concern for visitors. There is a new large apartment/condo building going up across the street. Hopefully the landscape will change soon. But in the meantime, the area on the backside of the property and in direct view from the property are not things I want to be that close to or see when paying to stay at a property.

The unit is spacious and decorated very trendy. Some furniture will need to be updated (rug/couches). The noise did not bother me at all, I was prepared. The property owners are aware we were disappointed because the listing states Pool/Hot tub amenities. It was one of my requirements and we were told this unit did not have that availability after we had arrived. I would not have chosen this unit otherwise. I was also told about a manual to read online but I have rented VRBO at least 5 times in the past and had never had this option and could not find this "manual" online. There were no directions in the apartment regarding this manual. Not a big deal but I was looking to find out where to throw trash and access to the pool and hot tub. Which ended up not being an option. There are a lot of stairs to get to the unit not a problem for our family. In fact it probably made me feel more secure.

Short Get Away

I used this amazing get away for a photoshoot and then relaxed in it. Kinga was an awesome host! Just moments away from the 16th Street Mall where the lady and I drove scooters all day! If you get something from DoorDash, I 100% recommend the Fat Shack burgers with deep fried oreos!
