Another Great Trip to Tybee

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you Mermaids for another wonderful visit to Tybee. Our dog definitely appreciated the fenced in yard and the house had plenty of space for our family of five. Perfect location for viewing the sunset on the back river!

Great stay at Palms on 5th

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you so much for such a lovely place to stay on Tybee. Everything was as described. This is a lovely home with everything you need for a beach trip. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. There is plenty of room in the living area with chairs and a cozy couch. The bedrooms are spacious and were very comfortable. The backyard is a great place for relaxing and playing. Everything is very clean. I will return and highly recommend.

Our second rental with Mermaid Cottages and will not be our last!

Great location. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit. House has a great air fryer and Keurig. Lots of space inside. One thing to note is that the second master is either accessible from tiny spiral stairs or going through the screen porch that requires locking/ unlocking doors. We had planned for our older family member to stay in the lower bedroom but the spiral stairs were too difficult and door locks more complicated. We just pivoted and had him stay upstairs and share a shower. Hosts were responsive with ?’s.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mermaid Cottages is by far the best rental company on Tybee. We have been vacationing on Tybee for over 15 years. We were blessed to find the “Mermaids” about 10 years ago and we will never use any other rental company on Tybee.Every rental is unique and immaculate! Palms on Fifth is our new favorite!Great location, well stocked and LOTS of room for family and friends as well as fur babies! The beds and linens were amazing- so comfortable!We are already planning to stay at the Palms on Fifth next year!Thank you Mermaids for your awesome hospitality! You ladies are the best!!

If you het the opportunity to stay with Mermaid Cottages you are lucky! We had Lisa and Ashleigh who cleaned the house before arrival and they definitely paid attention to detail. The location was quite and at the same time walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The privacy fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. Located close to the beach. It’s a well maintained home exactly as described. The owners were great to work with. Easy check in/out instructions. My only complaint is the beds are very firm (which other people may enjoy) and the screen door didn’t lock. I do recommend this house if you’re wanting to stay in Tybee.
