The apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Located in a convenient location. Had very comfy beds and pillows and the hosts were very responsive to any correspondence. Would definitely recommend the stay!

Cute, Clean, Convenient

We stayed here while attending an event at the Kentucky Expo Center, it was a very convenient location. We also had family rent the unit above for a couple days, which worked out great. The property was well maintained and tastefully updated, there was also adequate off street parking. Communication was great as well. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Will definitely rent again!

I was born and raised in Louisville, Ky! My husband and I moved to this neighborhood in 1997 and wouldn't live anywhere else in Louisville! We started hosting in 2017 as a side hustle and now have 8 homes in the neighborhood that we own and manage.
We love meeting our guests, hearing their travel stories, and telling them about all the great things to do and see and EAT in Louisville!

Why they chose this property

Germantown is steeped in history and is known for its laid back local vibe. We enjoy walking to dinner or riding in our golf cart around the neighborhood to local restaurants, shops, and events. The energy of the neighborhood is vibrant and active, always something going on but having this home as a hub can be relaxing after the day's events. Parking is a breeze with dedicated parking in the back for registered guests. Great for active seniors looking for 1st floor accommodations.

What makes this property unique

We know every nook of this house because we built it from scratch! We love the ease and comfort of this apartment. You can sit in the rocker/swivel chairs and look out the front window while you drink your morning cup and read a book or surf the web.
Cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or just enjoy some coffee around the island with your loved ones.
Catch up on your sleep! Our bedrooms have blackout cellular blinds and curtains for a restful night's sleep.
We've provided all the amenities to host the most comfortable stay when you are here. Our Guidebook is a great place to start to see quickly what to do and where to go in this vibrant city!
The parking pad in the back adds to the ease of "always having a spot". All of our properties are monitored on the exterior of the home by cameras for added peace of mind.
