The Pools at Cayman Kai provide an exclusive collection of beachfront condos with a distinguishing perk: your own enclosed, sea-view swimming pool. Spend a day on the white sand beach just outside beyond your back door (or at nearby Rum Point), then return to your 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo and dip into your private pool to rinse the sunscreen and saltwater from your skin. A US$25 surcharge per day is applied for heating the pool
Inside The Pools #10, big windows let in lots of sunlight—not to mention lovely views of the pool area and the landscaped tropical beach just beyond. An open layout in the living area creates a great space for mingling, with an easy flow between the fully equipped kitchen, contemporary 4-person dining table, and stylish living room. The sofas plush ottomans are movable to suit your needs—including creating a sofa sleeper that can accommodate 2 additional guests.
Two bedrooms in the unit feature a king-sized bed in the upstairs bedroom and two twin-sized daybeds in the other bedroom, which is adjacent to the pool (this room also makes a great napping/reading room when not used as a bedroom). Each bedroom has its own en-suite bath for stress-free mornings. You’ll love the large vanities and walk-in showers.
The location of The Pools is perfect for exploring this coveted residential area of Grand Cayman. Walk to Legendary Rum Point—with its beach bar, restaurant, and watersports shop. Upon booking we will provide you with a confirmation of your booking with all the details of your bookings and the property. Your confirmation will also have details as to where you are to collect your key package which will be dependent on your flight arrival time. In your key package you will have a map, turn by turn instructions and two sets of keys for your convenience.

The property was great!!! We enjoyed our stay and Thelda did an excellent job of assisting us with any request. We will be back and would recommend Cayman Villas to everyone.
Absolutely fabulous stay!
Slice of paradise! If you like the true Caribbean experience away from it all this is the place for you! This house was equipped with everything one needs and more! Water shoes are a must if you choose to wade in the water with the starfish which are right out your back door! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We are looking forward to our next stay here at the Pools. Rental car is a must and I recommend the food Market in Savanah because ice cream will not be ice cream upon arrival if you shop any farther from the house.....

Great Vacation Rental
Amazing location with all the amenities of being at home. The king size bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. The area is very quiet and the private pool in the condo patio area was very nice. The beach was nice to walk in the morning and very close to the Kaibo Restaurant and the Expresso Coffee Shop. Loved the privacy and very quiet setting to relax every day.

Beautiful Complex but Sad, Neglected Unit
The location was beautiful, the grounds were well maintained and the lovely beach was right outside our door. But inside was a tired unit. The upholstery was dirty on uncomfortable sofas, some of the dingy rugs really needed to be thrown away, the master bedroom had a bed that squeaked loudly with any motion, the bedding was worn, rust stains were plentiful on the floor tile, and the furniture on the pool deck had seen better days, too. Lots of light bulbs were burned out, some of which we replaced with bulbs that were furnished, and it would have been very helpful for the switches to have been labeled as it was not always simple to identify a needed switch. The TVs were difficult to operate because two remotes (tv vs cable box) were required for each set and seemed to work differently for each of the three TVs. The kitchen was well furnished but some of the cabinets were jumbled with junk that seemed to be of no use. Good towels were furnished but there were inadequate towel bars, none close to the showers. We regularly visit Grand Cayman with this being our 24th trip to this wonderful island. Hopefully this unit will receive some needed TLC and refurbishment to bring it closer to its wonderful potential!

I have been in contact with the owner and the Property Manager, and I will be meeting them at the unit next week, to go through the unit and ensure that it is brought back up to the standard that we expect of our villas and condos. Would not stay anywhere else!
This was our second time staying at the Pools and we loved it just as much as the first. Pools #10 was amazing and you can't beat the location if you're looking for the more laid back part of the island, but still with plenty to do and a lot of activities. We honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else!

The Pools is located at the Northern end of the island about a 45 min drive from the Airport. It is considered the quieter area away from the commercial Seven Mile Beach but it does have all the amenities that you would want close by, restaurants, water-sports, grocery shop and bars etc. There is a dock at this complex so you can arrange a pick up for diving or a visit to the famous Sting Ray City sand bar. Take a walk to the end of the road and snorkel for a Starfish at where the locals have fondly named Starfish point. This is an idyllic location for everyone, honeymooners, families with children, it has the privacy yet the entertainment for a perfect Caribbean vacation.
