This spacious home offers easy access to the Coler Mountain Biking Trails with a ride-in, ride-out experience of only 3 blocks from within the subdivision. There's plenty of bike storage in the climate-controlled garage, a bike repair station with tools, and a bike wash area. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV, and a sitting area with love seat. The other downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a workstation. The three upstairs bedrooms are a king room, a queen room with TV, and a bunk room. The king room upstairs has a desk, and there is a third workspace in the cozy loft area with very fast internet.
With accommodations for up to 10 people, this home is perfect for families, friend groups, or small corporate getaways. Enjoy the modern amenities and cozy interiors designed for relaxation after a day of adventure on the trails. Unwind in the living area or enjoy the evenings on the covered patio. Speed your recovery with the indoor Jacuzzi tub or the cold plunge!
In addition to the 65-inch smart TV in the living room, there are two 55-inch Roku TVs in two of the bedrooms. There is boat or trailer parking in the north side yard, accessible through a large double gate. Book now for an exceptional stay!
