Sounds like your group had a wonderful trip to Wrightsville Beach, Brenda! We are happy to hear you enjoyed the Sullivan townhome! The owners just had the entire exterior repainted so the unit is looking fresh for Summer. Both decks certainly allow for great views of the channel! You are welcome back anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay. We appreciate your comments and will look into the issues you have raised, including the holes in the walls, the drainage problems in the shower, the lighting, and the mold. We strive to provide a high-quality experience for all our guests, and your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.

Heather, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay at Sullivan! The beautiful view of the sound and close proximity to the beach are definitely two incredible features of this property. It's the perfect location for those looking to get some peace and quiet while sitting on the covered porch. We appreciate your kind words and can't wait to see you again for your next vacation!

Lisa, we appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback on this peaceful townhome! The location does make for wonderful views of the sound! We're glad we could help you to enjoy your vacation and hope you will come back to visit us soon!

Thank you so much for your 5 stars, Greg! We are thrilled that your group enjoyed their stay at Sullivan during your visit to Wrightsville! The home has had some upgrades in the last month or so including new bedding, box springs, and some new furniture! It's great that you found the location wonderful - being so close to the channel is quite a treat and the quick walk to the beach access is a plus. We would love to host you again on your next visit to the area - keep in touch!

Wonderful to hear, Terry! Sullivan is a great property located right by the channel while still being a quick walk to the beach access - best of both worlds! We look forward to seeing you back next time!

Cheryl, thank you so much for your lovely review for Sullivan! It is so great having a vacation rental on a street with no public parking as it makes the area more secluded and quiet. The channel view from both decks is very relaxing and there are plenty of seating options. Thank you for renting with our company, we hope to see you back again next time!

Thank you for your review of the Sullivan property, Arlene! It's great to hear you had a relaxing vacation and found the house nice and clean. We hold our housekeeping and inspecting staff to extremely high standards so I will surely pass along the comments! The Sullivan home is in a special area on the island that is right next to the channel while still being a block's walk to the beach access - best of both worlds! We appreciate your business and hope you will rent with us again in the future!

Thank you for your thorough review and feedback, David! We are so happy you enjoyed the Sullivan unit and it's lovely views of the sound from both decks. I will let maintenance know to take a look at those remotes and try to simplify - sometimes remotes from other rooms get mixed up with the living room between guests and I understand how frustrating that could be! There are quite a bit of stairs for this unit - if you have mobility issues in your group let us know next time you visit and we can pair you with a home that has an elevator! We want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. You are right about booking through VRBO - I would suggest renting direct next time to avoid all their extra fee and support a local company instead. Thank you for choosing to rent with us, David and we hope to see you again next time!

Sounds like you made the most out of your vacation, Cullen! The unit is perfectly situated right in the middle with quick access to both the channel and the ocean from either side. You can relax out on either deck and have views of both which makes this unit quite special! So great to hear your group had a wonderful stay, and we would love to see you back again next time you plan a visit to the area!

Diane, thank you for this wonderful review of Sullivan! We are thrilled to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay over the Easter holiday. We hold our housekeeping and inspecting staff to very high standards so I am happy to hear you found it nice and clean, as it should be! The unit inventory is regularly completed as well to ensure guests have the necessary items! Sullivan is located in a sweet spot on Wrightsville, right between the channel and the beach making the walk to either a breeze. We're happy to hear you had a great stay, and hope to have you stay with us again soon!
