This newly renovated luxury home has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms with a pool. It  is centrally located to everything - proximity to local outlets, local freeways (I75, I275, I4, veterans), beaches, downtown, amusement parks, hospitals, Universities, and airports.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms located between the home’s two spacious levels.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd, and 3rd, bedrooms have Full size bunk beds with a twin trundle. The 4th bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen-sized bed.
 
Common areas include a living room, formal dining area, family cinema room and game room. Flatscreen TVs are located in each living room and master bedroom. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, top of the line appliances, kitchen tools and utensils.
 
The backyard boasts lush landscaping, plenty of patio seating, pool, bbq grill, gas fire pit.
 
High-speed Wifi and free driveway parking spots are all provided during your stay!

This was a great home for our needs. We were in town for 2 days for our girls' volleyball tournament, and we shared the house with 3 other moms and their players. They enjoyed the pool when we weren't at the tournament or the game room! Home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked for our needs! The only recommendation is to add some TVs in the other 3 bedrooms. We loved it, and the host is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns!

Hockey Tournament Stay

We stayed at this location after the New Year for a JR Hockey showcase at Advent Health Ice center. Everything was excellent! From booking to check-in. Communication with the host was seamless. Location was as advertised and spotless. We had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood with a grocery store located nearby. Will stay here again if we are back in North Tampa.

The shoe fits!!!

This property is exactly as advertised. Spacious nicely renovated, clean and definitely served its purpose. The property owner/manager was polite and kind. The check in process was seamless. We didn't use the pool or the grill, but it was definitely available for use.

Quick soccer/busch gardens trip

Thank you for providing such a wonderful home on VRBO! The home was very clean and had all the amenities you would need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Our teens enjoyed the pool! Loved the built in counter top phone charger! Nice touch! I made breakfast every day and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils/cooking pans ect. Couple things to check but wouldn’t stop us from staying again. 1) we couldn’t get the patio fire pit lit. Maybe needed propane? No biggie just something to check. 2) there wasn’t a way to turn the recess lighting off in the master bedroom and have the fan remain on. Remote only controls the fan/light combo not the additional lights around the room which were controlled by the switch. Confusing and maybe it was user error. We were okay with it but if you are a hot sleeper it would be uncomfy. Thank you for trying to help with that although I couldn’t figure it out. I didn’t want to bother you again for it. Over all still a very high 5 star rating from us! Thank you!
