Enjoy all that The Villages has to offer! The Villa is located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square. Enjoy the restaurants, shopping, nightly music and many activities. This is a golfers dream with multiple courses and pools in close proximity to The Villa.

Our host Tim was wonderful with answering questions and providing guest cards. The place was spotless and beautifully furnished. Location was great. Close to everything. The home was well equipped with everything you need and some start up supplies. We had a wonderful time!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood due to the close proximity of the golf courses, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Villa is also close to shops and restaurants on 466A.

What makes this property unique

The property is unique because of it's recent renovation! Brand new flooring, bathroom upgrades and furniture. Enjoy our sunroom and courtyard! We are 2.4 miles by golf cart from Lake Sumter Landing and 2.5 miles from Brownwood Paddock Square. Two golf courses are within minutes from the front door. Two pools also within minutes from the front door. There are so many options to choose from!
