This brand new, spacious home is perfect for families or groups looking to explore the Lowcountry. This home is a short walk from the newly opened playground at Park Circle. Children and adults of all abilities will love playing at the world's largest inclusive playground!

-Bedroom 2: king bed, 50" smart TV
-Bedroom 3: queen bed, 50" smart TV
-Bedroom 4: plush king bed with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, 50" smart TV
-Living room: comfortable couch with 65" smart TV with Air mattress for the 6th bed*
-Kitchen: fully outfitted for cooking and dining, with Keurig, gas range, wine fridge, tea kettle & more
-Additional workspace in the open kitchen area
-Wireless speakers
-Patio with gas grill and smoker
-Fenced in yard that opens onto large lawn with lawn games - bocce ball and cornhole
-Board games
-sixth bed listed is in the form of an air mattress
Please inquire if you have interest in access to the private *Paradiso club*! Located in the Mixson neighborhood, near Park Circle, Paradiso is a luxurious private club that offers our guests discounted access to amenities such as the pool, gym, wellness classes, dining, poolside cabanas, social events and live music. Day passes and cabanas are available for an additional fee.
To secure your spot at Paradiso, please contact us at least two weeks before your reservation date to inquire about passes. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please keep in mind that Paradiso is a private membership club, and access is not guaranteed.
Pets welcome with $100.00 pet fee. Please, no pets on furniture and pick up after them outside.
PLEASE ENSURE NO CARS ARE PARKED IN THE ROAD AND ALL TIRES ARE ON THE DRIVEWAY. There is space to park a car in the garage and a car parallel on the driveway. No tires can be in the road at all - all 4 tires must be fully in the driveway.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to leave the garage door remote in plain sight and the end of your stay! There will be $100 fine if we cannot locate it.
