The space

Welcome to 'Sunkissed Shores!'

As you walk inside, bright white shiplap walls and hardwood floors create a clean, coastal feel. The first floor features TWO living rooms— one cozy and perfect for movie nights, and one larger space that flows into the dining area and kitchen. Between the two, you'll find a convenient bar area, perfect for entertaining. Both living spaces open directly to the pool area, making indoor-outdoor living a breeze.

The open kitchen is perfect for gathering, with a large island, custom cabinets, a six-burner stove, quartz countertops, and a stylish gray-and-white backsplash. High-end appliances and a spacious walk-in pantry make cooking and storage easy. Also on the first floor, there is a master suite featuring a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a convenient half bathroom, plus an additional full bathroom with a door to the front yard.

Step outside to a fully fenced yard featuring a beautifully landscaped lawn and private pool, perfect for kids to play. Three sets of doors connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, leading to a spacious covered porch that runs the length of the home. This outdoor oasis includes a BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, corn hole, and plenty of room for poolside lounging!

The first floor also has a master suite for added convenience, with a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, there is an additional master suite, featuring a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. There are two more King bedrooms located on this floor, along with two bunk rooms! The first bunk room has two sets of Queen-over-Queen bunks, and the other has two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs for entertainment.

Two laundry rooms, one on each floor, make it easy to handle towels and beach gear. There is also an attached two-car garage, with extra parking available in the driveway.

Located within walking distance of the beautiful 30A beaches (0.3 miles) and close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment, this home offers the perfect beachside lifestyle. Nearby Eastern Lake and Deer Lake State Park also provide opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding, making this property a dream getaway.

Guest access

There is parking for 1 car in the garage along with the LSV, plus room for another 4-6 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
