Never have you stayed in a condo such as this. There is a wall of glass so you have a panoramic view of the ocean and beyond!

Centrally located off-the-beaten-path retreat. Just ten yards from the water and with sweeping multi-island views across Maalaea Bay from both bedrooms and the front room balcony, our third floor piece of paradise offers the relaxed, yet elegant, quiet side of island life.

The warm, caressing Trade Winds make West Maui's low humidity weather unfailingly sunny, warm and comforting. Picture yourself dining on your balcony gazing at the near by Molokini Crescent rising out of the blue Pacific and noticing a pod of Humpback whales; or scanning near shore for turtles as they rise for an early morning snack; or walking along a warm ocean and suspending time simply to listen as the waves toss laughter into the air; or lounging together on a sandy beach or around a spacious pool overlooking a blue tropical ocean; or hearing the surf as you fall asleep and waking to it. The simplicity of this genial, peaceful and romantic setting brings people back to our home-away-from-home year after year.

Your vacation home is located on Maalaea Bay, the quiet side, across the bay from the tourist-dense Kihei area; just 20 minutes from Kahului Airport. We have made an effort to anticipate our guests' needs and make them feel at home in fresh and clean surroundings.

If needed, weekly cleaning services can be arranged.
The owner Mike Slemko wants you to have the best time ever and his long-time friend and neighbor Barbara is the host who will help you do that!

Sunrise and sunset on the balcony were my favorite parts of my stay here. The unit is well-stocked/appointed and we appreciated the welcome basket very much. Location is central to all we wanted to see including our favorite breakfast place, Nalu. The complex is very quiet, which we appreciated. It was a fun short walk to get to excursions from the harbor.

LOVED this place! Was such a peaceful location, away from all the hustle and noise of all the other tourists which was PERFECT. Watching the sea turtles feed every evening was a treat! Property was just as described and we cannot thank Barbara enough for just the right place for us to stay for our trip to Maui.

Great location - centrally located, quiet and absolutely fantastic views and wave sounds. Enjoyed seeing the turtles feeding. Very well stocked. Close walking distance to the marina for an awesome scheduled sunset cruise with Trilogy. Appreciated the underground reserved parking. Comfortable beds.The unit shows a bit of wear and tear and the windows needed a cleaning to clearer views, but a great stay.

Best View in Hawaii

Brought my parents, who were in there early 70s to Maui and this was the best location in Maui! Condo had everything you needed, host was early to communicate with! Highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent condo with beautiful view!

This condo was everything we had hoped for and more! It was probably the best equipped Vrbo we have stayed in. The kitchen was very well equipped as well as supplying beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc. The host left detailed information on the area which was also so helpful! The deck was our favorite place to hang out and relax in the morning (great sunrises) and in the evening (heavenly breezes)! We highly recommend this condo for your Maui trip!

Wonderful

The property was very nice and well cared for. Our condo was overlooking the ocean and we were able to watch the sea turtles everyday. Barb was very helpful with any questions that we had. The views were beautiful and the condo was well stocked and very comfortable.
