Super clean and very kind host! Located very close to the convention center, which was very convenient. We even discovered a local coffee shop nearby (Tenth Street Coffee) that is amazing and has gluten free bagels and bread!

Geena was friendly and warm. She also does some made to order baked goods. This house is over 100 years old and has been beautifully renovated. The place is immaculate. You must remove your shoes. Each room has it's own bathroom and sitting room. Quiet area.

I absolutely loved my stay! Geena was so accommodating and welcoming. She greets you upon arrival and even gives you a sample of her amazing, healthy baking! The room was so nicely decorated and had absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. The bed was super comfortable and was like staying at home - not an Airbnb. We were in town for an Anna Maria Island weekend. Accommodations were comfortable. We were only in the home to shower and sleep. Gina must have allergies or sensitivities as signs requesting no fragrances, shampoo,or spray/perfumes. No tv in the bedroom but tv for your use in a side room off bedroom. Gina respects your privacy.
