We enjoyed the walkable neighborhood (especially the Bagel store) and the close proximity (short drive or "good" walk) to the center of Palm Springs. It is excellent value for space and location. Furnishings are in keeping with the price-point.

We had a great stay at this nice quiet place. The property is well kept and a great location! The host was very responsive and went above and beyond in making sure he addressed all of our questions. Check in and out was easy and everyone around the complex was very welcoming.

Super cute and clean home, nice little back yard to sit outside. Nice size bedrooms, has all the amenities and only a 5 minute drive to downtown PS. Would definitely stay again!

Good location for the Hollywood House Tour.One issue …could not get coffee maker to work. This was a low budget stay … and for that category is was great. Easy communication w host.Like the layout … neighborhood quiet.. and easy access to all our needs.

Centrally located, good amount of space. Nice outdoor space but needed cleaning up to enjoy it. Would have been helpful to have directions on how some things worked. It took several days to figure out how the light worked in one of the bedrooms.

Interior: furniture worn or very cheap. Need of major overhaul. Cracked/ peeling paint. Baseboards in a bad state of repair. Bathroom had mold. AC was pretty inefficient in the main area. Kitchen was good.Exterior: backyard pretty unusable. Has not been tended to for years and in major disrepair. Patio furniture broken or ripped. Gas grill unusable and dirty. Dog poop everywhere. Overall impression: The unit has ample space for 4, but needs major repairs. Everything is overly dated. The backyard is a mess. About 20 minutes walk to tourist areas, but tough in the 120F weather right now. This is a duplex with an abandoned property next door on the lot.

It’s a nice cozy house. It was very clean and look exactly as advertised. It’s close to grocery store, pharmacy and coffee shop and many other places I enjoyed my stay.

The property was clean, well maintained (it's an older house). The amenities were fairly basic but got the job done. One thing that was a little annoying is that the unit is part of a duplex (there is another attached unit), but I don't think this was mentioned in the VRBO listing which made it sound like a detached house.

This was the perfect spot for a one night stay. We were within driving distance to the tram, downtown and hiking. The house was clean and accommodating for the three of us adults.

The host was very responsive and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated. The house was clean enough overall, and it was a budget-friendly option.Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. We arrived in July in Palm Springs, and the air conditioning had not been turned on before our arrival. The house was 87 degrees inside, and because of the extreme outdoor heat, it took until well after midnight before the home felt even somewhat comfortable. When we asked about a fan, we were simply told that the house had air conditioning.We also noticed that the air filters were extremely dirty, which may have contributed to how poorly the system cooled the house. The refrigerator’s ice and water dispenser also appeared to need cleaning, as there were visible particles floating in the water.The bed in the ensuite bedroom was also very uncomfortable. It seemed either broken or the mattress was simply worn out.The host’s communication was a positive, but overall this was not a comfortable stay. It may work for someone looking for a basic, budget option, but we would not choose it again during the summer months.
