Has Pool AND Steps from the Beach!
POOL AND BEACH BLOCK!! Only 4 houses from the beach with ocean views and an elevator. First level is the foyer and an en suite master bedroom with king bed and private deck leading to the back yard. Second level has 4 bedrooms, one with a set of twins, one with a pyramid bunk bed and the other 2 are master bedroom en-suites with a king bed in each. There is also a hall bath and laundry on this level. Third level is the living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and private bath on this level as well as a large deck off the living room with ocean views. Amazing backyard with a pool!
