Wonderful stay. The proximity to the beach and the organization of the bars and umbrellas were a surprise. Excellent service at the bar and restaurant. The unusually large beach is excellent. A bus to any direction can be taken from the entrance, and there are a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Great security. We paid a lot, but perhaps because we booked too late.

Beautiful home in a wonderful area. You get the best of both worlds - you have a gorgeous house to yourself but you get to use the amenities of the hotel across the road including the beach sun beds which was perfect. The pool was wonderful and you also get access to the slightly larger pool in the condominium. We spent most of our time at the beach. There are loads of great restaurants/beach bars close by and we loved our stay. The beach is super peaceful and beautiful. The people are so friendly and there is a housekeeper who came once while we were there who was so lovely. The only slight warning I'd give is that are currently building works behind the complex which were kind of noisy (during the day only) and you did have builders overlooking the garden/pool (not super close but they could probably see in) but it didn't really bother us - so if that would bother you it's worth checking whether it's still going for when you book. But I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

First time to the island and the owner and property manager made us feel entirely at home! From the welcome goodies (so appreciated after a long day of travel), to Veronica (such a sweet heart!), to the periodic check-ins and suggestions.... our stay was fantastic! Great location, privacy and access to restaurants and beaches. You cannot go wrong! We will definitely be back. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Karen and Jeanine are excellent communicators who respond quickly to messages and address requests and problems rapidly making our stay stress-free, which is what you want from a holiday.The villa was perfectly located just 5 minutes from the beach and buses, 10 minutes to Holetown on the bus, and across the road from Fairmont (but avoid Sunday lunch buffet). Lone star restaurant 7 minute walk away is great venue.We will definitely return. Thank you Karen

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Porters. The close proximity to the beach was a draw, but with the intermittent showers that were experienced the property pool was an excellent alternative. It provided all that we needed to manage the rain drops.

My brother and I stayed at this perfect villa for Christmas. The split en suite bedroom layout was perfect. The villa was clean, comfortable and more than enough open space for us. The location was wonderful. The villa is set in a small community of others around pool area. Was peaceful and quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach and lonestar restaurant. Highly recommend staying here !! And looking forward to coming back!! The owners were wonderful too!!

The villa was perfect for a relaxing getaway for our family of four. Well appointed, comfortable and in a very calm and relaxing location - we spent many hours on the porch and in the hammock enjoying the weather and watching the hummingbirds, the tropical birds, chickens and even green monkeys that would stop by to say hello. The kitchen is well appointed - we were there over Xmas and cooked dinner in many nights and had everything we needed. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk away - there is a little back walkway that leads directly to the front of the Fairmont hotel and the local bus to holetown. The beach is amazing beach and you can rent beach loungers and umbrellas for the day (go to the end of the fairmont hotel in the direction away from Holetown and look for the Blue umbrellas and loungers which are for rent for th eday). The neighborhood is very safe and we walked to the local bakery and minimart almost daily and we took the local bus to Holetown too (a 10 min ride and bargain at $3.50). Sarah was a great host and even kindly arranged our taxis. Lovely place and we will be back again soon.
