Private secluded huge primary en-suite enjoys an enormous walk-in closet, custom shutters, large spa like bath as well as a private patio area with golf course, lakes and mountain views. This home is designer perfect throughout with all the bells and whistles anyone would need or want to make your vacation complete. High Speed 1 Gig Wi-Fi, (2) Smart TV's bring your own Fire Stick, Apple TV or use apps. Owner can assist in getting network stations at additional cost for you. This is a year round resort destination and just a few minutes to World Class Golf, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Coachella Festivals, El Paseo shopping, fine dining and so much more. Public golf course clubhouse across the street enjoys sport pub bar w/dining and free live music Friday nights in season. Palm Desert CC was voted one of the best public golf courses in the desert and has very competitive rates. Pay and play golf and has a great practice area to sharpen your golfing skills. SOLAR equiped home, $50 credit per 30 days towards electric, guest pays anything over if there is any during warm AC months. Sorry this is pet and smoke free home.
